Fantastic location. Nice rooms and appreciated to have a swimming pool.
I am very disappointed at the staff of the hotel. I forgot two personal items in the room on check-out day, returned the same day to the hotel to ask whether anything had been found by the cleaning team. I reiterated my claim several times throughout the week, to ensure that reception staff has the opportunity to liaise with both managers and the cleaning teams - to no avail, despite the supposed existence of a "lost and found" unit.
Great staff
Loved this fantastic hotel. We stayed in the family room and loved the layout. It was really hot outside but the room stayed cool with the help of the A/C and ceiling fan. This hotel had the best bathroom of all the hotels we've stayed in in Georgia - there was no mold and everything worked the way it should. The pool was great and it was nice you could get drinks at the bar (with a daily happy hour!). The views were great and there is a bus stop literally outside the hotel. Our room had two balconies. The breakfasts were quite good and the staff was wonderful and spoke great English. We loved the two cats that would join us outdoors for breakfasts.
Balcony could use another chair and a table. Another pillow would be nice. It was hard to shut the room door without it making a loud slamming noise that could be heard in other rooms. The walk from the metro to the hotel was not fun in 35 degrees but at least there's a bus or cheap taxis. Would love a few more options at breakfast, like more fruit, jams or waffles. Highly recommend using reusable shampoo and soap instead of tiny plastic bottles that feel very wasteful. Still, these are minor things/suggestions.

Beautiful view from both the room and the breakfast hall. Nice breakfast, good variety of dishes.
We also really enjoyed the swimming pool — clean and well-maintained. Good wine at the bar😊
The staff was outstanding; reception, bar and breakfast room. All trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
We arrived late but the bar was opened for us with some snacks by Salome with a great conversation and a pleasant atmosphere. But really all of them (Salome x2, Georgi, Diana and others) made our stay amazing.
Transfer to and from the hotel was organised and the driver was waiting with a name sign at the airport. Top drive.
We had a problem with the AC, which couldn't be fixed in a appropriate timeframe which meant we had to change room. The new room was better than the previous with another great view!
Airconditioning (AC) was leaking when we used it- got fixed adequately by changing rooms.
Pool is inviting and available but no sun loungers, only chairs & tables around the pool.
Small strip right in front of hotel where it's not easy to walk (cars close by driving fast), 100m further it get's better.

The view from the window of the city and the cable car is just wow. The staff both at the reception and at breakfast are the highest praise. I recommend.
Nice building and good location, 10 minutes from subway and near bus stop.
Shower head couldn't be adjusted and water splashed everywhere. Found hair in the bathroom upon arrival. Only instant coffee available for breakfast.
