There are hotels that offer five-star service, and then there is The Plaza. My recent stay was one of the most memorable hotel experiences I have ever had.
I wanted to surprise my wife during our stay, as I had purchased a beautiful Cartier piece of jewelry for our anniversary on the day we arrived. I reached out to the Guest Experience team a few days before our arrival, and from that moment on, they went above and beyond to make every single detail absolutely perfect.
Aya and her incredible team were in constant communication with me, literally around the clock, discussing even the smallest details to ensure the surprise would be flawless. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine care exceeded every expectation. They didn't just organize a surprise,they helped create a memory that my wife and I will cherish forever.
I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Leah, the Director of Sales, who was incredibly helpful with my booking and made the entire process smooth and effortless. Her kindness and professionalism were truly exceptional.
The entire team at The Plaza deserves recognition. Every interaction was warm, genuine, and thoughtful. You can immediately feel that this hotel has something many luxury hotels have lost - it has a soul.
Our room was elegant, spacious, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally comfortable. Every detail reflected the timeless character and prestige of this iconic property.

Excellent stay, would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Everything! Clean rooms, big rooms, excellent service.

Cons:

Not much - double espressos at the bar were quite pricey (2 for $50) , however perhaps expected at a nice hotel.

The location on fifth Avenue and Central Park is the best but this is all I can say good about this

Cons:

The original hotel for a long time he’s been changed to apartment building the actual hotel now is the backside of the original hotel. The picture from the booking page shows actually the apart hotel.
Very small and unpleasant reception and actually which is on the back of the cafeteria. The hotel really doesn’t worth it.
