Perfect in every way
Pros:

It’s nice , I am staying from 15 years whenever comes to mumbai
Pros:

Property is good , clean .

Cons:

Rooms , corridors , and lift r not sound proof . When someone walk or close lift gate … person get disturb in rooms
They should have used special wood which absorb sound . Now they can add some wall painting which absorb sound or plants or curtains etc

Pros:

Clean room, courteous staff, excellent food. Easy check in and check out.

Bit pricy, their rates fluctuate big time. Food though good is on the pricey side

Cons:

harassment by the staff and intimidation with the checkout timing not at all friendly . even drinking water bottles are charged that too simple brand which cost 20 is charged 45 for the best reason known

Perfect if you visiting Mumbai to travel around. Have stayed here with family to last time.
Pros:

Yes it is right at the heart of Mumbai. Very clean and professionally managed. Reached late still ordered some good food and joyed my stay. Also the attendant Kamal was very cheerful to note and helpful .
