Super-caring staff!
Pros:

The hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations, thanks to the staff!
Due to the purpose of my travel, I needed to check in at 1PM (earlier than the default 2PM check in time) and check out at 7AM. The staff was so kind to offer me a breakfast at 7AM even though the default breakfast time was 9AM.
Also, after finishing my business I returned to the hotel way after midnight and did not have to wait at the front door as the administrator opened immediately.
Thank you for being so attentive and flexible, much appreciated!
Another cool thing is that this hotel is very close to the Central Railway Station which is very comfortable for those travelling by train.

Cons:

Three tiny flaws in my room:
1. The floor was cold and no rugs. While in the bathroom, I had to put a towel on the floor and step on it.
2. There was no fan holder so the fan was just laying on the sink and I even swept it to the floor once by accident
3. The window in my room was right next to the pillow, so the cool wind from outside has frozen my nose and ears.

Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made me feel very comfortable. The staff provided excellent service-they were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others ✨🤍
