Breakfast starts too late

Pokoje jsou velmi malé, na fotkách to nejde dobře vidět. V koupelně byla černá plíseň. Snídaně byla velký propadák. Dostanete dvě smažené vejce, ale jinak nic dalšího není v nabídce. Džus už nebyl a obsluha odmítla otevřít další, voda k pití žádná. Vysoká cena ubytování rozhodně neodpovídá kvalitě služeb.

When we entered the room, it was completely filled with the smell of smoke (even though smoking is prohibited in the hotel). When we reported this to the front desk, the receptionist didn’t believe us at first. When she came up to the room, she simply opened the windows (which didn’t even have insect screens — and we could have opened the windows ourselves). Throughout our entire stay, the smell of tobacco never went away, despite the open windows and use of air freshener.
2. The room was dirty. There was grime on the curtains, near the bed, and the walls, ceiling, and bathroom floor were filthy. There were stains on the mirrors. It felt like the only things that had been changed for the new guests were the towels and bed linen. I had to wipe a thick layer of dust off the hair dryer just to use it. Taking a shower there was really unpleasant.
3. The breakfasts were very disappointing. If you came a bit later, there were hardly any vegetables left, and the food was not restocked.

We didn’t change hotels only because there were no other options nearby. But we will definitely not be returning, and we won’t recommend it to our friends either. The price is far from matching the quality.
