Helt topp overnatting til hyggelig pris. Dette et koselig sted !
Pros:

Dette var helt topp, og kommer gjerne tilbake ! Alt på stell, betjening, rommet, frokost ... Savnet kanskje et fellesrom nede ved resepsjon med TV, men VM kampen mot Brasil var jo spesielt. Vi hadde TV på rommet som var enkel å åpne så alt var helt greit. Kan absolutt anbefales også komme utenfor byen....

Lovely old hotel. Large room. Dining room had white table cloths, real roses in vases, and lit candles. Very atmospheric! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It had old-fashioned charm and was a pleasant change from the sterile, boring facilities of modern hotel chains. The gardens were lovely and it was nice to be out in the countryside yet close to town. We explored in our own and found a nice goat farm up in the hills where we bought some good cheeses.
Best of all, they let us trickle charge our EV to capacity, free!!

Cons:

It was just fine, no real complaints at all. The only let-down was that our dinner was disappointing, just bland and uninteresting, but adequate. Our server was enthusiastic and friendly, but not very professional. Didn’t know what the soup of the day was, and had to go ask, which took awhile. Asked what we wanted as beverage, but had never given us a wine list so had to go fetch one. Always running, seemed overworked and underpaid.

Relaxing stay while visiting the area. Friendly and professional staff made it a highly enjoyable experience.
