We didn't want to leave, it was so nice.
Pros:

Room and castle ate amazing. Staff treated us like royalty. Great bar and bar area with great views. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

Everything was great, but pool had debris on the bottom.

Fizemos a reserva em cima da hora e, à chegada, já não havia disponibilidade de quarto com cama de casal, conforme solicitado. Ainda assim, a situação foi prontamente considerada e foi disponibilizado um upgrade para uma suíte confortável, equipada com cama de casal king size, que nos deu muito jeito por conta da nossa filha pequena. O serviço foi impecável.

Magical stay in a Palace not to be missed
Pros:

The staff were most welcoming, the room was beautiful and most comfortable. Staying in this palace is a magical experience. Excellent restaurant to top it off . Second visit would return and recommend without hesitation.
