qualité du service et du personnel et de leur réactivité suite à l'absence d'eau chaude dans la chambre en raison d'une tempête qui avait sévit la veille

Cons:

les petits déjeuners devaient être inclus dans le forfait mais supprimés en raison d'un surclassement de la chambre. sans conséquence mais peu délicat.

Ganz großes Kino, sehr professionelles und äußerst aufmerksames Personal. 1A Qualität. Das Dinner im Restaurant und das Frühstück verdienen ein extra Lob.
Der Preis ist angesichts des Luxus gerechtfertigt.

The perfect treat.
Pros:

The hotel was stunning. Everything was of high quality.
Staff were so professional yet friendly. Even though it was five star and French (!) it was so relaxed.
The food was amazing.
It’s pricey but worth it for a treat.
