La atención del personal, el espacio de la habitación, la comodidad de la cama y almohadas, la limpieza, las instalaciones. Es un sitio idílico, nos ha gustado mucho.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und haben jede Minute sehr genossen. Das Schloss ist einfach traumhaft schön! Man fühlt sich wirklich wie eine Prinzessin. Schon der Empfang war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Unser Zimmer war wunderschön und der Balkon mit Blick auf die Weinberge war etwas ganz Besonderes. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Besonders in Erinnerung bleibt uns das Abendessen mit Weinbegleitung bei wunderschönem Sonnenuntergang. Ein echtes Highlight. Die ganze Anlage bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht und lädt auch zu schönen Spaziergängen draussen in der Sonne ein. Es war rundum ein toller Aufenthalt und wir kommen ganz bestimmt bald wieder :)

Architecture & free parking
We recently stayed at this hotel, drawn in by its stunning architecture and high ratings, but unfortunately, it did not meet the expectations at all.
We had an executive/castle room in the main building (EUR 380 p.N.). Our room was cold and they did not solve it. The Spa is ok, though small. We had to ask for plates and glasses at a chaotic breakfast buffet. The impression was far from what one would expect from a five-star establishment. There is just no finesse whatsoever.
While some staff members were very friendly, the hotel seemed overall poorly managed, leading to inconsistent experiences. The hotel did not justify the price. In hindsight, we should have read other recent ratings. It’s a beautiful property, but the lack of attention to detail and basic amenities (e.g. toiletries) makes it not worth the money. We wouldn’t recommend staying here.
It was beautiful. We stayed in the grand room. The balcony was incredible. The four poster bed was so romantic.
No hand rails on the stairs leading to the front desk. But I would never want them to change this. The stairs are beautiful. I was glad to have help going down.
