We loved the Chateau and its location. C’est magnifique!
Pros:

The hotel was spectacular in every way just what we’d hoped for this special location. Our room was beautiful, as were the spa and grounds and our dinner in the main restaurant was excellent. All in all 10 out of 10.

Beautiful property but ….
Pros:

A truly beautiful property wonderfully restored and located very close to the charming town of Saint-Emilion in the highly rated wine growing region.

Cons:

We found the service and attention to detail sadly lacking, the food tasteless and disappointing given the high prices charged. The staff need better training and supervision and a more humble approach to the guests.

Cons:

ディナーが出てくるのが非常に遅く、前菜が出てくるのに1時間ほど待たされ、メインは2時間ほど待たされた。他のお客さんも同様だった。新人が多く、改善の余地がある。

Posto bellissimo e staff molto gentile.
Architettura splendida.
Piscina esterna e grande vasca idromassaggio bellissime.
Camere grandi, belle e comode.

Cons:

Nulla, sarebbe top se si potesse raggiungere a piedi da Saint Emilion.
