A lovely, homey stay
Pros:

The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. You get duvets which makes it extra cosy. Aircon worked perfectly and showers had warm water. The host was fantastic and really welcoming throughout our stay.

Owner friendly and welcoming, likes to get close to guests. Kids sometimes around - nice family atmosphere.
Nice, peaceful location.

Cons:

Sometimes feels like you are encroaching on the owner's personal space a bit - especially when using the kitchen.
Neighbors can be a bit noisy at nighttime.
Shower tends to back up and flood.

bugs in bed and on floors
Pros:

easy self check in

Cons:

There were SO many bugs all over the bed! And large cockroaches on the floors. I sent the property pictures of the bugs and they said they weren’t able to do anything about it. Suggested I get some bug spray. Also the power went out during the night. Was a very uncomfortable stay.

Homely
Pros:

This is a super cosy and homely place, it is in a lovely area with great cafes and restaurants and a great place to chill out.

Cons:

Check in was a bit tricky, but I did book on the day so that might have delayed the check in information being sent in time.

Cons:

Não é uma pousada, nada mais é do que um Airbnb de quarto na casa de família. Não fui avisada antes da reserva que não teria limpeza do quarto, não tem recepção e fiquei 15 min batendo e tocando a campainha e não me atenderam, porém qd minha família chegou e entrou para colocar a bagagem no meu quarto em 1 min foi ver se estavam se hospedando.
Quando questionei o dono se ia ter limpeza disse que se quisesse cancelasse a reserva e pagasse as taxas, como vou fazer isso em cima da hora? Depois falou que ia realizar porem fez 1 dia e nao fez mais. Minha família ficou em uma pousada de verdade por 1 dia e pagou o mesmo preço que este Airbnb, teve café e do lado do centrinho histórico. Localização longe do centro, então ou se paga uber ou estacionamento. Muito barulho da casa, acordava bem cedo quando fiquei no quarto triplo com o barulho.
Enfim , só acho que deveria ter explicado na reserva, cada pessoa escolhe uma oque mais lhe convém e tá ajudo bem, aí minha insatisfação maior, pois aí poderia ter escolhido outro local e tá tudo bem!
Relação custo/ benefício ruim.
