Central location, good food, great service
Pros:

Arista is located on GS Road which is the main road of Guwahati. Shopping, liquor shops, pharmacy, medical diagnosis clinics, etc are all located on G S Road. So for our stay, we found the location better than Vivanta and Radisson Blu.

Cons:

Hotels should not try to cheat their guests by offering bills in non-Indian currency with Dynamic Currency Conversion.
I pointed this out to the checkout lady, and she pretended not to know what I was talking about, but she clearly understood.

I would rate this hotel more highly but for their attempt to cheat with DCC, as a consequence I will not stay with them again, and will share my disgust over several review sites.

we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.
Pros:

we enjoyed the breakfast as there were many varieties available and the staffs were too good to follow us if we needed anything. Foods were fresh.

Cons:

more choices of non veg starters would have make a great menu.

Lovely hotel.
Pros:

Very nice hotel. Clean and very central to many shops and even a few malls within walking distance.

Briyani next door on the street was great!!

Will definitely book again if I’m back in Guwahati.

Cons:

Just a minor feedback for the front desk team.

I think they should be more attentive to guests.

Acknowledge customers in front of you.
Eye contact when handing back documents.

I just noticed these things whilst waiting around the reception.

Small improvements go a long way.
