Pros:

Das Frühstück was sehr gut und hat unseren Erwartung weit übertroffen. Die Lage war sehr schön vom Bett aus konnten wir das Schloss Neuschwanstein sehen und aus der Badewanne die sich nicht im Bad befunden hat ebenso. alles allem waren seehr schöne 3 Tage die wir dort verbracht haben.

Unbelievably wonderful experience!
Pros:

Unbelievable view from our gorgeous room. The breakfast was very good. I loved that we could buy the artwork (and we did)! One of the, if not Thee - most unforgettable hotel experiences that we’ve had.

Cons:

Wish the robes were in the rooms. Forgot to ask at front desk for them.

Posizione ottima, accoglienza ottima, camera ottima. Vicinissima alla risalita del castello.
Pros:

camera gigantesca e molto carina, oltre che la vista direttamente sul Castello Neuschwanstein

Cons:

Purtroppo non siamo riusciti a regolare il riscaldamento, il che non ci ha fatto dormire molto bene la notte. (Troppo caldo)

最高の滞在！
Pros:

お部屋の窓から、朝昼晩のノイシュバンシュタイン城が見られて、最高のロケーションでした！
お部屋も綺麗、朝ごはんも最高でした！

私たちはネット予約をしてから行きましたが、チェックインの時にノイシュバンシュタイン城の予約もホテルから取ろうか？と聞いてくれました。

晩ご飯は付いておらず、ホーエンシュバンガウ村では食べられるところが限られていましたが、そちらも良ければ予約しますよ、と聞いてくれて無事、到着した日の夜ご飯もいただくことが出来ました。

家族全員、また行きたいね！と話すほど、素敵な特別な滞在でした。

Cons:

お湯を沸かしたかったんですが、使い方が分からず、ドイツ語でも英語でもいいので取扱説明書があったら嬉しかったなぁ、くらいです。

Ein super Hotel in dem wir jederzeit wieder buchen werden, wenn wir in der Region wieder Urlaub mach

Kurz: Sehr lobenswert.

Cons:

Wir hatten einmal den Brotzeitteller bestellt, der leider nicht so ganz dem vorgestellten Beispielbild entsprochen hat.

Phänomenales kleineres Hotel mit außergewöhnlich gutem Personal
Pros:

Die Lage war wirklich super, vom Bett direkt das Schloss gesehen. Das Zimmer war super sauber, alles war da wo es hingehört , und selbst aus der Badewanne konnte man das Schloss sehen.
