Good setup for a family of 6.

Cons:

Was not a fan of the shower. It was leaking and would get the whole floor wet. One receptionist was great, the female was not. She was not helpful and appeared lost.

The hotel location was acceptable if you're willing to take the bus to it.

Cons:

The size of the bathroom was a little tight but acceptable. The beds in the regular room was a little hard. Bed improvement required. Futon in the tatami room was ok.

A kitchenette in the room was a surprise, though oddly microwaves are only on the first floor. Staff had no trouble communicating between their English and my basic Japanese.

A bit far from a train station, but made up for by a bus stop being just outside.
