Séjour incroyable!!
Pros:

Le personnel était très accueillant, souriant et toujours à l’écoute de nos demandes. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, varié et copieux. Le fait de pouvoir le prendre sur le rooftop offre une vue magnifique et rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. La chambre était très propre et disposait d’une moustiquaire, ce qui est un vrai plus et n’est pas toujours le cas dans les hôtels. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !

Cons:

Il y a pas mal de bruit à l’extérieur mais ce qui est normal dans une ville comme stone Town.

Pros:

Staff were welcoming and friendly. They do everything for you even escort you from the car to hotel and vice versa, recommend using their shuttle. Room was spacious, clean and confortable.

Le personnel est tellement gentil !
La connexion wifi est au top.
Le lieu en plein stone Town est trop cool.
Le petit dej avec rooftop est trop bon.
La chambre est grand et propre.
Les activités proposées que l’on peut réserver ;)

Cons:

Le bruit dans l’hôtel (porte qui claque, téléphone qui sonne …) et en dehors (bruits des personnes dans la rue..)

Un bon choix à Stone town
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé et possède une jolie terrasse sur laquelle un très bon petit déjeuner est servi.
Le Personnel est chaleureux et vous aide à porter vos bagages de la voiture à l'hôtel.
Nous avions une Chambre familiale composée de deux chambres distinctes ce qui était une bonne surprise.
La chambre possède un frigo, un bouilloire et un sèche-cheveux.

Cons:

Il y avait une forte odeur d'humidité dans la salle de bain et la chasse d'eau ne marchait plus durant la nuit que nous avons passée à l'hôtel.
Nous avons du demander 2 fois les draps pour les lits des enfants qui n'étaient pas fait à notre arrivée.
Ce serait bien si dans la chambre des parents il y avait des lampes de chevet car il n'y que la plafonnier.
La nuit on entend la mosquée et les coqs, sûrement comme d'autres endroits en ville.

Un soggiorno breve ma molto positivo
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato al Treasures per una sola notte, ma ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Fin dal nostro arrivo lo staff si è dimostrato estremamente gentile e disponibile.

Ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli prima dell'orario del check-in, consentendoci di goderci la giornata senza pensieri. Inoltre, dovendo partire alle 5 del mattino, ci hanno preparato una colazione da portare via: un gesto molto apprezzato che dimostra la loro attenzione verso gli ospiti.

La camera era molto spaziosa, bella, pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Unico piccolo neo, era leggermente rumorosa, ma nulla che abbia compromesso la nostra esperienza.

Nel complesso siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e consigliamo questa struttura per la cortesia dello staff e l'ottimo servizio. Grazie per l'accoglienza!

Die Mitarbeiter sind besonders nett! Und das Zimmer war seeehr sauber! Da wir früher abgereist sind (in der Nacht) haben uns die Mitarbeiter unser Frühstück eingepackt. Getränke, Bananen, Äpfel und Muffins. Super lieb! Das Hotel ist sehr zentral in Stone Town. Ich würde es wieder buchen! Vielen Dank für Alles

Cons:

Man kann nicht mit dem Auto direkt vor dem Hotel halten aber dafür helfen die Mitarbeiter einem mit dem Gepäck.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Great location, although let them organise the pick up as it was a maze to find and cars cannot get there.
The hotel was very clean and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly.
The rooms were also a very good size and the bed was comfy.
Highly recommend this hotel.

Een heerlijk verblijf voor als je in stone town bent!

Wunderbares Personal, herzlicher Umgang. Zentral gelegen, für uns ein toller Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Wahnsinnig freundliches Personal.
Wir kamen sehr früh am Morgen an, bekamen Tee und Kaffee auf der Terrasse bis die Zimmer fertig waren.
Die Vegetarier unter uns wurden beim Frühstück extra umsorgt, damit sich alle wohl fühlen.
Selten so gut geschlafen, sehr leckeres Frühstück.

Fabulous! Would stay there again
Pros:

Staff are exceptional and can't do enough for you!! Made up for any little niggles!! We had a small problem with a payment, due to the card machine saying payment not made but money actually coming out of our account, but was sorted out quite satisfactorily by the manager , Khalid

Cons:

Location can be a little difficult to find, as due to the very narrow streets there is no vehicle access so have to walk from the carpark with your luggage, but not really a problem!! Room was advertised as city view with balcony but the view was the side of the next building, and no balcony as we would know it to mean

Start your Holiday here at Treasures of Zanzibar house, you will not regret it.
Pros:

Breakfast was fresh and delicious, especially the coconut garlic sauce. We appreciated the thoughtful personal touches that made breakfast special rather than routine. The Location is perfect for exploring Stone Town. Most of the main Attractions, restaurants, shops and the waterfront are just a short walk away, making it easy to experience the history and culture without a tour guide or transport. If you are scared that you will get lost, you can just ask Alli or the lady at reception and they will kindly send someone to walk with you. It's not even a 3 min walk to the famous Zanzibar wooden doors. The location is an ideal base for First-time Visitors to Zanzibar

Cons:

What we did not like? Honestly Nothing! Construction is currently taking place in various part of Zanzibar, including Stone town, Nungwi and the east coast (the places that we have visited). Although there were buildings under construction near Treasure of Zanzibar house, we never found the noise to be disruptive, The hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs but we never needed to use them.
