Excellent Stone Town option!
Pros:

Great location, superb staff who helped you with anything needed, large spacious rooms and a great rooftop area for breakfast and enjoying the view

Cons:

No matter how long I left the water heater switch on, I only got a few minutes of warm water. I’m sure had I reported the issue, it would have been resolved

Good place to stay in Stone town!
Pros:

Location was great and staff were very helpful in sorting out where to eat, things to do, best shops to go to, etc.

Cons:

Location was pretty noisy and very close to a mosque so prayer was a very loud time in the room. They provided great earplugs to help with it which I thought was a nice touch.

A beautiful and thoughtful experience!
Pros:

The staff was amazing and extremely friendly and thoughtful. Breakfast at the rooftop was delicious with a lovely view surrounding area. Wish we stayed longer with the thoughtfulness, attentiveness and the staff from reception and throughout the property going beyond the requirement to make stay a lovely experience.

Cons:

The toilet and shower being in the same place.

A delight in Zanzibar. They deserve 5 stars
Pros:

I loved everything! These people and the place are absolutely wonderful. Located 5 - 7 minutes centrally. I was able to experience the whole Stone Town with ease. The rooms are large, spacious, and well-designed. Good bed, strong and hot shower with ease. Delicious breakfast with fruits, omelets, pastries, and local foods. The staff is out of this world. I was treated like family from the moment I walked in to the time I checked out. Lovely, wonderful staff with hearts and smiles every day, ready and eager to assist no matter what I needed.

Cons:

Nothing at all. There are, at times, blackouts all over Zanzibar. Not their doing or their fault. Actually, they have a generator, and the fans work well to keep the room cool, thank God. Many other hotel do not have it. Beware and choose this hotel as a better option.

Geweldig dakterras met lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt. Centrale locatie.

Cons:

Ze hebben bij powercuts wel een generator, maar daarop is de airco niet aangesloten (de lampen en waaier wel). We hebben daardoor de hele dag en halve nacht geen airco gehad.

Very welcoming and comfortable stay
Pros:

Great location, breakfast was nice and had a good variety, staff were incredible! The roof top was a beautiful spot to go and sit throughout the day. Staff helped me book a transfer and also had tour options if you needed. The room was nice and big, air con and fan worked really well.

Cons:

Nothing I didn’t like about the property. Morning prayers are quite loud around 5:30am so bring some good earplugs!

Unser Aufenthalt hat unsere Erwartungen bei Weitem übertroffen! Wir waren von Anfang bis Ende begeistert. Wir haben ein wunderschönes Zimmer erhalten, das sehr komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet war. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte hervorragend und sorgte jederzeit für eine angenehme Temperatur.

Ein absolutes Highlight war die atemberaubende Dachterrasse mit ihrer fantastischen Aussicht. Das Frühstück wurde als reichhaltiges Buffet mit einer großen Auswahl an frischen und köstlichen Speisen serviert – für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei.

Das gesamte Team war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und stets hilfsbereit. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, dass das Hotel unseren Flughafentransfer sowie Ausflüge zu sehr fairen Preisen organisiert hat. Wir wurden mit einem ausgezeichneten Reiseleiter begleitet und alles war perfekt organisiert, sodass unsere Erlebnisse auf Sansibar noch schöner und unkomplizierter wurden.

Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Chambre spacieuse, lit confortable, petit déjeuner bon, accueil chaleureux

Cons:

Proche d'une mosquée, on a été réveillés à 5h du matin par les chants de l'imam (ils donnent des boules quies mais malheureusement cela ne nous a pas suffit)
