Location and staff.

The staff was very accommodating and very, very helpful. The staff walked us to local establishments to insure that we would arrive with out incident. The suggestions for local places to visit and their attention to detail was exceptional. The wonderful staff made sure that we were comfortable and they even packed a snack bag for our departure since we were not staying for breakfast.

Le personnel très accueillant et sympathique. L'hôtel digne de notre attente, de plus Bianca et Rose on fait de tout pour nous trouver une sollution de rattrapage suite à une mauvaise compréhension de notre chauffeur de l'hôtel qui nous a ramené à l'hôtel alors que notre excursion organisé par eux-mêmes n'était pas terminée. Heureusement que Bianca et Rose se sont dévouée pour nous trouver un nouveau chauffeur de leur établissement et nous permettre de retourner terminer notre excursion au Jardin de Jozani à Zanzibar

Tivemos uma boa estadia no Treasures of Zanzibar! O quarto era bem espaçoso e muito limpo, e a equipe foi sempre muito atenciosa e querida conosco. O único ponto que não gostamos foi não ter sido possível fazer o check-in antecipado, então tivemos que esperar três horas para entrar no quarto. Fora isso, foi uma experiência muito agradável!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft mitten in Stone Town. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Altstadt zu erkunden. Besonders toll ist die Dachterrasse mit ihrem herrlichen Ausblick, auf der auch das hervorragende Frühstück serviert wird. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine vielfältige Auswahl, ergänzt durch frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen. Die Zimmer sind großzügig, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das sich mit viel Engagement um seine Gäste kümmert. Auch die Organisation der Transfers zu verschiedenen Orten auf Sansibar verlief schnell, unkompliziert und zuverlässig und das zu wirklich fairen Preisen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der Stone Town besucht!

The breakfast on the rooftop is amazing! So many delicious options, all with a great view of surrounding rooftops.

The staff are super friendly, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. All located within walking distance of anything you'd like to do in Stone Town.

The hotel arranged our transfers from the airport and again the next day to the next venue. That took a lot of stress out of our travel arrangements. The personal touch throughout was excellent! From the excellent coffee and breakfast served at the rooftop restaurant, to the management's personal involvement and friendliness, made our stay in Stone Town one to remember and cherish!

Goede voorzieningen op de kamer en in het hotel. Vriendelijk personeel dat direct klaar staat om je te helpen

Sehr zentrale Lage, wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen (Nightmarkt, Museum über Sklavenmarkt, Einkaufsstraßen, …). Das Hotel ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet und hat eine tolle Dachterrasse für das Frühstück. Personal hilfsbereit und Zimmer mit allem für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ausgestattet.
