Slow check out process.
Cons:

Took more than half hour to check out at 530am , only one staff member at the front desk and fumbling just to get the invoice copy printed and deposit refunded. The delay affected the time to travel to the airport.

Cold inside pool in winter! Okay for a stay, but there are a lot of cheaper hotels offering similar.
Pros:

I had a nice reception, the room was very clean and the breakfast choice okay.

Cons:

I booked that hotel because of the inside pool, expecting it is warm in winter times. It was cool!
Breakfast choice could have been better on that hotel level...

Overall we enjoyed the Movenpick and will revisit if the opportunity presents itself again.
Pros:

The property is relatively new. Staff especially were very helpful and friendly. Miss Nguyen Khanh Ly at the coffee shop was outstanding. She was a very good host and was very warm and hospitable.

Cons:

House keeping was not consistent. Sometimes they did not replace water bottles, hand towels, sweep the floor, wash and replace used mugs, etc. These detracted from our enjoyment of your property.

Amazing 4 days
Pros:

So I stayed at this amazing hotel for like 4 days, and even though I wasn't always hanging out in the hotel itself, I totally vibed with the chill atmosphere and super friendly staff. The place is spotless and looks brand new – I loved it! My room was huge and comfy, perfect for my 4-day stay. Huge shoutout to Mr. Key, the duty manager he was super helpful and genuinely cared about making my stay awesome. He's actually an EXAMPLE for others with his top-notch hospitality! And Zdung Total rockstar for always being there to help me out with whatever I needed. Big thanks to the whole Team.

Pros:

Nhân viên lễ tân, nhà hàng thân thiện chu đáo. Nhân viên buồng phòng dọn dẹp rất sạch sẽ. Hai em Phương Anh, Quỳnh Anh, và bạn nhân viên hành lý không nhớ rõ tên quầy lễ tân cực kỳ nhiệt tình. Sẽ còn quay lại!
