Good location, Crappy Rooms & maintenance
Pros:

The location is very close to beach. There are various ways to reach the location, tryinf to find the location is tricky.

The room is decent and no frills stuff. AJJU from the staff is very polite and gives you informatuon about the places to visit. He is kind and approchable, available.

Cons:

The office reception & room cleanliness is handled by venga boys kind of guys, the bedspread was not chnaged and had stains, the pillow covers had human hair indicating it had not been cleaned or changed.

The A/C is not functional most of the time and keeps tripping. The bathroom is always wet and doesnot dry even if you keep the exhaust fan running 24/7.

The lights in the bathroom above washbasin is non functional. The water tap in the washbasin outside the bathroom is leaking always and complaints to get it rectified goes unattended leading to huge water wastage.

The doormats are not dusted daily or cleaned and dusting is done on the walls leading to tbe dust & dirt settling on the guys in the lower balcony, common sense is absent.

No hot water and the geyser light shows powered on but no hot water foe bathing.

One of the worst places I have ever stayed in.

The room we were given was completely dirty. The sheets clearly had hair on them and had obviously been used by someone else. We had to ask them to change the bedding because it was unacceptable.

THE WORST PART OF THIS PLACE IS THE PEOPLE WHO RUN IT. They are extremely disrespectful. The same people who manage the accommodation spend the entire night outside talking loudly, shouting, and making noise right next to the rooms, making it impossible to sleep. Throughout the night they also start their vehicles and aggressively rev the engines.

When my girlfriend politely went outside to ask them to please lower the noise and avoid starting the vehicles because we couldn’t sleep, one of them — who appeared to be the owner or the person in charge — invited her to get into his vehicle.

This behavior was completely inappropriate and made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe.

If you are a woman or traveling as a couple, I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
