お得で助かりました。
Pros:

値段が安いのにテレビ、冷蔵庫、ポット、寝間着、空気清浄機、無料Wi-Fi、アメニティ等が一通りそろっており、部屋に電子レンジまであったのには驚きました。駅からも徒歩で行けるので満足でした。

Cons:

フロントやロビーで用意されてたのかどうかはわかりませんが、ポット用のティーパック等があれば良かったです。朝食はおにぎり弁当でしたが、和食と洋食(例えばサンドイッチとか)が選べるようになれば、一層良いです。

スタッフの方にとても親切に対応いただいたこと(荷物が多く、チェックアウト当日の一時預かりについて相談しました)

Cons:

ランドリールームで洗濯機を使いたかったが、2機ある洗濯機はすでに使用中。洗濯が終わるまでの時間が洗濯機に表示されておりあと数分(3,4分だったと記憶)となっていたのでそのまま待っていたが、預けた宿泊者が洗濯物の回収になかなか来なくて10分ほど待ったこと。

クリスマスイブで他のホテルが高騰していたなか、10,000円で泊まれて満足です！
