Tout est parfait le personnel au top et tout impeccable

Beautiful hotel right in the historic Piazza. The staff allowed us to park our motorbike safely in a locked garage within the secure courtyard. Easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Breakfast was good.
The ac unit in our room worked but wasn’t very effective.

rien...ou peut-être les déplacements dans les couloirs avec changement d'ascenseur pour arriver au 3 ème étage...mais pas grave, juste un peu désorientés dans les couloirs ! :-)

De ligging was fantastisch. Hartje centrum maar toch niet druk of veel geluid. De kamer blonk uit in netheid en sfeer. Het personeel was meer dan behulpzaam. Cuneo was veeel leuker dan gedacht!
Nice hotel perfectly situated in the heart of Cuneo for visiting a lovely city and the stunning mountai communities that surround it. There’s a wonderful pasticceria nearby on the piazza.
There were no electrical outlets near the bed. Adding them would be a nice improvement.

La localisation de l'hôtel est exceptionnel, Le personnel est efficace et aimable parlant plusieurs langues. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié avec possibilité d'extras. La chambre est spacieuse et la salle de bains est géniale et très belle.
La configuration intérieure (long couloir et changemnt d'ascenseur) pour accèder à sa chambre. Les programmes limités des chaines de télévision.
The Phi hotel is a part of a chain which is popular in Europe. We have never stayed in one before, and pleased with level of charm and upper quality they offer. This hotel is located in the city square, close to everything which was superb. The rooms are lovely, large and we had a balcony in the alley, which was strange. The bathroom is quite large also. We especially liked the breakfast, and hotel staff. Everyone is highly trained and professional.
The town is FULL of spectacular eateries, shopping, activities and charm.
Im sorry I even have to say this but this hotel needs a makeover. It’s stuck in 1980, with gaudy curtains, furniture, carpet everywhere, and just an air of stodgy and old. The AC doesn’t work well, ours shut off in the bedroom after 1 hour leaving us stuck in a sweltering hot room. The balcony facing the alley blocked any breeze. We found the 2 single beds odd, and horrible to sleep on. We woke up in pain from them. The AC in the bathroom leaks and we nearly slipped on the huge condensation puddle in the dead of night. The shower just might be the most dangerous item in the hotel - one must climb up into it, lifting your legs up onto a tiny narrow space. It’s a good 3 feet up. Why? Who thought this was smart? It’s a death trap! I would also warn anyone thinking about staying here…..NO HOTEL PARKING. In this day and age, it’s a requirement. We are already nickle and dimed and this is an added cost visitors don’t deserve.
