DE FABULA PARA REPETIR

La cama , desayuno y la piscina no la utilizamos pero por falta de tiempo .

Cons:

quedarnos encerrados en el ascensor, a pero no esculpa del Hotel es fallo mecánico que se soluciono lo mas rápido posible y bien. El resto todo bien.

Тут подають неймовірні десерти. Я в жодному готелі такого не зустрічала, зазвичай заморожені тортики з супермаркету, а тут - свіженькі домашні торти і пироги на вечерю і на сніданок. Це мене вразило

Вечірня розважальна програма почалася після 10. І чути її на весь готель. Наш номер був розташований на 5 поверсі в глибині і нам дуже заважав шум, важко було вкласти дитину

Das Personal war nett, der Pool war ok, Parkmöglichkeiten sind super. Kostenpflichtige im Hotel oder nahegelegen kostenfrei.

Wo soll ich anfangen... 4* keinesfalls verdient. Das Essen war eine Katastrophe. Frühstück wie Abendessen. Völlig Geschmacklos, schlechtes Fleisch, kaum Gemüse und dieses bis zur Unkenntlichkeit tot gebraten, die Beilagen einfallslos. Beim Frühstück das Gleiche. Grundsätzlich nur Kauwiederstand. Die Zimmer alt und marode. Das Babybett haben wir mit 10 Euro pro Nacht gezahlt aber nicht genutzt, weil es furchtbar war. Aus Metall mit Stangen, gerostet und schmutzig. Keine Möglichkeit nasse Wäsche (vom Baden) aufzuhängen. Personal spricht nur Spanisch. Wir waren nur 2 Nächte auf der Durchreise. Als Jahres/Familienurlaub nicht zu empfehlen.

El trato con el personal excelente

Cons:

No me gustó que todas las noches organizan espectáculos y hasta que no terminan no hay quien duerma en el hotel.
El buffet solo merece la pena el de desayunos comida y cena eran bastantes malos.
Las habitaciones eran incómodas demasiados muebles inservibles y armatostes que te quitaban el poco espacio de la habitación.
Los colchones deberían ir planteandose una renovación.

Pésima, evitar hospedarse aquí

Absolutamente nada, este hotel no merece las 4 estrellas que dice tener, no lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Cons:

Nada mas entrar, una escandalera en pleno hall porque tenían un karaoke montado allí hasta las 12 de la noche, que metía ruido por todo el hotel, incluidas las habitaciones que según indica aquí tienen insonorización (ES MENTIRA, se oía hasta la cháchara de la gente hablando con el recepcionista a las 6 de la mañana). Una vez llegamos allí, la habitación estaba con el suelo lleno de pelos largos, alguna toalla también, y la terraza llena de colillas de cigarro, botellas de plástico y se habían dejado hasta el mechero en la barandilla. Le tuvimos que pedir a la persona de recepción que nos diera escoba y recogedor, de vergüenza para un 4 estrellas. El baño, entre lo de las toallas, el grifo que parecía que no lo habían fregado en años y la mancha podrida encima de la ducha(que ese metal podrido no se hace en un año), y que la cisterna echaba el agua según le parecía, daba asco usarlo. Y para colmo, la cama medio hundida por el centro y las almohadas...las almohadas achuchonada igualitas a las que ponen en el hostal de 3 calles más abajo, una basura. Pagamos una habitación de 4 estrellas y hemos tenido las calidades del apartahotel de 2 estrellas que hay en el mismo pueblo y con una limpieza peor. Puse una hoja de reclamaciones, y deben estar acostumbrados, porque ni preguntó el recepcionista de salida "qué había pasado" ni nada, interés 0.
