😞😞😞 no words please
Pros:

I stayed here many months back when the hotel was new… though staff , facilities are no where up to even being called a hotel but room was tidy.. this time it was so dirty, bed linen was beyond words… to describe…. I did mention this to the manager at the reception… he had no words to even acknowledge that it would be taken care…
