Quiet and cosy homestay - with friendly cats - in the modern centre of beautiful Hue
Pros:

Lovely homestay in bustling centre of Hue, located down a quiet side-street so great for relaxing and catching-up on sleep. The property is within a 5-minute walk of numerous restaurants, cafes, thrift shops, bars and clubs. We found delicious food and very welcoming people in the local neighbourhood.

Our hosts were friendly and passed-on recommendations. We were able to store out bags after check-out and come back to use the toilet and fill-up bottles. Best of all, the property had two resident cats who would welcome you downstairs in the morning or home late in the evening.

Breakfast was also provided although we didn't try as we slept-in both mornings!

A good hotel in a great location — close to the center, yet quiet and comfortable.
The breakfast is simple but tasty, and the rooms are well-equipped, including good air conditioning. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.
However, we did have a small misunderstanding. We chose this hotel partly because of the cats — our daughter was really looking forward to it, and we had read about them in reviews. The owners also confirmed in a private message that there were cats at the property. But upon arrival, we were told they had been moved elsewhere.
This doesn’t affect the quality of the stay itself, but if this is important to you as well, it’s worth уточнить in advance.

Dejlig rent og indbydende.
Pros:

Uden tvivl det reneste sted på hele vores Vietnam-rejse. Der duftede så rent og dejligt, ingen pletter eller fnuller nogen steder. Meget tiltrængt for os. Værten var fantastisk sød, og opgraderede os gratis til et større værelse fordi der var sket en fejl fra booking.com. Især bananpandekagerne til morgenmad var virkelig også lækre.

Cons:

Sengen var simpelthen for hård, fik lidt ondt i hofterne efter to nætter.

Sehr nette Betreiber, die sich aufmerksam um die Gäste kümmern.

Cons:

Uns ist bewusst, dass die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit in Vietnam eine Herausforderung für viele Unterkünfte darstellt, und wir sind durch langjährige Reisen in Südostasien einiges gewohnt. Kleinere Mängel wie Schimmel im Bad oder an den Wänden im Schlafzimmer können wir daher grundsätzlich tolerieren.

In diesem Fall waren jedoch auch die Matratze bzw. Topper von Schimmel betroffen. Damit war für uns eine persönliche Schmerzgrenze überschritten, immerhin schläft man direkt darauf.

Wir haben nur eine Nacht hier verbracht und waren ehrlich gesagt erleichtert, am nächsten Tag wieder abreisen zu können.

Homestay au calme mais bien situé avec des hôtes sympathiques
Pros:

Le logement est situé dans une ruelle au calme. Nous avons pu louer un scooter aux propriétaires pour se déplacer facilement.
Vinh et Loan sont des hôtes très sympathiques et nous ont orienté vers un restaurant très bon.
Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux.

Cons:

Une chambre un peu plus grande ou équipée d'une penderie plus grande nous aurait permis de faire sécher nos vêtements... et oui, il pleut souvent à Hué !
Pour ma part, literie un peu dure mais mon mari a apprécié... on ne peut pas satisfaire tout le monde :-)

The staff were friendly, it was in a great location to explore the main part of hue, and it was good value for money. They also had two cute cats.

Cons:

We found the actual look of the room did not match with the photos, which was more run down than it appeared. The balcony which looked lovely in the photos was dirty and overlooked a trash site. There was a strong unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom and because the bathroom door was not sealed, you could smell it in the rest of the room. The room was also very damp, which the air con did little to help with. We also saw a cockroach in the bathroom.

Fantastisch!
Pros:

We hebben hier een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad. De eigenaren zijn bijzonder vriendelijk en hebben ons direct geholpen met het regelen van vervoer van Hoi An naar Hue, wat zeer comfortabel verliep. Bij aankomst werden we warm ontvangen met een drankje en kregen we duidelijke uitleg over de omgeving.

Ze namen echt de tijd om met ons mee te denken over hoe we de omgeving het beste konden verkennen in de korte tijd die we hadden. Via hen hebben we ook eenvoudig een scooter kunnen huren, wat alles een stuk makkelijker maakte.

Het ontbijt was heerlijk en goed verzorgd. De kamer was schoon, netjes en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt voor een prettig verblijf.

En als bonus: de katten maken het helemaal af. Ze zijn ontzettend lief en zorgen voor een extra huiselijke sfeer.

Een aanrader als je op zoek bent naar een gastvrije en comfortabele plek om te verblijven!

Pros:

For the price you pay, you get a good breakfast and a very decent room in a convenient location. It's good value for so cheap. The cats are of course a nice plus, they are cute!

Cons:

The room was quite small, we had trouble finding a place for our luggage. Also, our AC was broken, which we only realized at 12 in the night. Vinh was kind enough to still come check on this, but logically it couldn't be repaired until the next day.

Fijn verblijf in deze knusse homestay!
Pros:

Heel knus en huiselijk en mooi ingericht! De mensen zijn heel attent en de twee katten zijn mega lief 🐈🐈‍⬛ het ontbijt iedere ochtend was ook super lekker! Vooral de pannenkoeken ☺️ zouden hier zeker nog een keer terugkomen!!

Cons:

Wij verbleven er iets langer en dan is de kamer wel wat klein om fijn al je spullen uit te stallen, maar dat was voor ons geen groot probleem

Really nice place, we will return.
Pros:

Super friendly staff, they offered help with the transportation and tours. Really clean for vietnamese standards. Excellent location because it’s in a quiet alley and close to the restaurant area.

A fantastic place to stay
Pros:

We loved it here! The couple that ran it were so kind and informative and their cats are the most adorable things.
The rooms were spacious, clean. Modern and had everything we needed. The free breakfast was excellent as well.

Location was great, easy to walk into main centre but just off a side road to make it quiet and calm.

Cons:

Nothing.
