Overpriced and terrible customer service
Cons:

I had such a bad experience at this hotel.

When I arrived for my 7 night reservation I was dismayed to find the room cramped, extremely hot, and situated directly above a very noisy restaurant. I stayed one night but left the next day as I was unable to sleep due to the noise and the heat.

I asked the hotel for a full refund and they only refunded me for 5 of 7 days, which ended up being about half the dollar amount after fees. So I ended up paying ~$500 USD for not a single nights rest.

I never once met a receptionist in person. Terrible customer service and experience overall.

I do NOT recommend!

Amazing location with non stop entertainers below the balcony.
Pros:

Probably the best location in front of the parque Mexico. The units are nice and have a complete kitchen.

Cons:

Constant entertainment in front of the restaurant below, I had to close my doors to work or watch tv.

Mattress not comfortable. Toaster didn’t work properly. No decent coffee maker.

Pros:

Location was great. The Parque and various walking routes were terrific. Restaurants, cafe's, people, staff were all wonderful.

Cons:

Perhaps more frequent room service (the waste buckets filled faster than they were emptied).

Beautiful Hotel. Wonderful Experience.
Pros:

The location, staff, and overall experience is prefect for anyone staying in Condesa or Mexico City. Easy to get everywhere. The rooms are also amazing.

Cons:

I loved everything. Nothing not to like.

Pros:

Loved the location and cleanliness of the room. Also, enjoyed having the kitchenette and filtered water.

Cons:

We were there a week and in our contract it said there would be one housekeeping service but it never happened. Not a big deal for us but never did understand why it didn't happen.

Cons:

no a/c in units, only a floor stand up fan but the fan had layers of dust.
very uncomfortable room layouts with some of the rooms shower separate in the bedroom with sink outside separate as well …
the code to enter into every room is the same which i think is very unsafe, any guest can access any room if they wanted.
just overall terribly uncomfortable experience

Lo mejor es la ubicación y que el edificio es nuevo. El personal es inmejorable … los porteros son muy amables

Grossartige Unterkunft
Pros:

Eine nach unserem Geschmack perfekte Unterkunft. Hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof. Ruhig auch am Wochenende. Schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Auch in der Küche.
Dachterasse und Fitness wunderbar. Es gibt eine Wasserstation die man kostenlos benutzen kann. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Fühlten uns auch super sicher. Umgebung, Condesa sowieso eine fantastische Gegend.
Also bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt sind wir sicher wieder hier.
