The location is amazing - right on Parque Mexico and within easy reach of tons of restaurants and shops and public transport. The bed was comfortable, and the studio space well designed. Shower was lovely and everything was clean and seemed new.
The place has been poorly built - looks great, but has zero sound insulation and no soft furnishings. One guest, all the way down the hallway was playing video games and he was loud, but it sounded like he was in my living room! The next night he was entertaining a lady friend and it sounded like they were in my bed. Any guest walking and talking, the sounds carried straight in - and I live in NYC so I'm used to noise. In addition, the rooms at the back have no view at all - I looked out onto the garbage area and a concrete wall. So double check what room you're getting, because the staff don't care once you're there
This doesn't really feel like a hotel as there is no "staff" working, only security. We had issues with our door lock both days we stayed there and there was never a hotel employee to help
Safety with our door lock not operating properly. And the sliding door to the balcony had large holes in the floor that felt dangerous for our small dog when open.

I liked everything about this place - the location, the friendly and warm staff, the way the facilities looked and the room was everything you would need!
Maybe the shower pressure was a little too strong, but it's probably a good problem to have given the fact that other places can have it too weak :)
