good location
Extremely noisy room at night due to being directly over an outdoor restaurant. Very hard to reach management.
Several small things not working properly, leaky shower head, TV, room heater, safe.
The location was amazing, in a lovely part of the city next to a park. The hotel had amazing facilities from a fully equipped kitchen to gym, rooftop and laundry services too. We really enjoyed our stay there, would highly recommend.

Excellent location! Spacious apartment with a nice balcony overlooking a beautiful spot in Condesa. Big plus the gym and the washing machine on the top floor.
Although the noise from the square was not loud, the walls and doors inside the apartment are very thin as a consequence zero soundproof. Another point was that we stayed 5 days but they only offered cleaning service for 7 days or longer stays.
The location is definitely the highlight of this place. The building itself is nice, and there’s a gym and a rooftop terrace shared by all guests.
I’ve stayed here before, and there’s a noticeable difference between the rooms facing the park and those facing the interior. I’d recommend requesting a park-facing room.
I’ve stayed here multiple times and have traveled extensively, so I don’t write this lightly. Nido Parque has great potential, but the management seriously undermines the experience.
I booked four months in advance and clearly requested a higher floor, as I was staying for a full week and knew the restaurant below can be quite loud. I also followed up before my arrival to reconfirm this request. Despite that, I was assigned a first-floor room.
The lower floors (especially the first two) are significantly noisier. I strongly recommend requesting a higher floor, the experience is much better.
Unfortunately, the lack of attention to guest requests and basic hospitality standards was disappointing.

The air in the room was a little weird and unfortunately we could not open the window long enough at night because of the sound of the restaurant that is on the ground floor
Excellent location with beautiful view over the park. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean.
Washroom is just a tiny sink in the corridor with nowhere to put anything. Not enough towels. Should have two towels each and one hand towel each . A bottle of drinking water for when you arrive would be good . It’s not a cheap hotel.
