It is well built on the outside despite the location
The room that i was offered had a lot of lobby noise - literally loud and the room itself was okayish - needed repairs
And basic amenities such as a towel glasses etc were missing.

I had booked this hotel through Booking.com
When I reached to hotel , the hotel staff did not allowed me to check-In and said that they do not have available any room.
I shown my hotel booking voucher from booking.com APP still they denied to Check me In.
On further discussion with hotel staff I come to know the reason why they are not allowing to check in - they said “ You book this hotel few time before through Booking.com, and because of this some of the booking amount are going to share by agent, on further discussion they said rather than to book this hotel from Booking.com I should have to walk in to hotel and ask for room availability.
On same time I tried to contact Booking.com customer service as well as Fab support service, but did not able to reach to both of them as their contact number was not reachable.

I spent almost 2 hrs during conversation with hotel staff and they have not accepted my booking even I shown them voucher, Finally as I was new to the city, I went out from hotel and search another nearby hotel as it was too late and cold outside as this is winter days.
