Nice small hotel outside of Gyumri Center
Pros:

Very nice and modern design, responsible, helpful and good reception staff, location feels close to nature. Very premium facilities and amenities.

Cons:

The Ac was not working, room temperature was 27C and due to very hot room we did not sleep at all at night. There was a smell in shower and I think hotel should take a little bit more attention on cleaning quality.

Very clean and cozy. The staff is doing their best for your comfortable stay.

Cons:

The breakfast was disappointing, especially considering the price of the hotel, which wasn’t cheap for Gyumri. The selection was very limited. By 10:00 a.m., there was almost nothing left on the buffet table. We had to ask several times for bread, cheese, cold cuts, and other items to be replenished.

Отдыхали здесь семьей, и отель превзошел все ожидания! Но самое крутое — это бонусы для постояльцев, которые реально экономят бюджет. Нам дали отличную скидку в ресторан "Манифест" (кухня там — просто пушка, ходили туда постоянно). А еще огромным сюрпризом стал бесплатный доступ к водному аттракциону! Дети в восторге, да и мы, взрослые, повеселились от души. Сервис на высоте, чувствуешь, что о гостях реально заботятся. Обязательно вернемся еще раз
