La ubicación , que aceptan mascotas. Es seguro.
El personal y falta de atencion, a excepcion del administrador Augusto y su hermana que siempre trataron de solucionar. Parqueo limitado afuera de las instalaciones. No estaban abastecidos para cubrir las demandas de alimentos.

Die Lage ist super mit dem Meer vor der Tür. Da sich nur ganz mutige Menschen in das stürmische Meer wagen, war der Pool ein Geschenk. Mehrere Supermärkte als auch die Stadt sind gut fusssläufig zu erreichen. Das Personal war zauberhaft und äusserst hilfsbereit.
Das Hotel war schwer zu finden. man sollte dies nochmals besser beschreiben. Wir sind herumgeirrt und haben es trotz mehrfacher Nachfragen erst nach einiger Zeit gefunden.
Das "continentale Frühstück" bestand aus einer Tasse Kaffee, 2 Scheiben Toast, einem Streifen Butter, einem Näpfchen Konfitüre und einem kleinen Melonensalat. Keinesfalls ein continentales Frühstück. Wir bestellten zusätzlich Eier dazu, welches extra gezahlt werden musste.
Die Speisen im Restaurant waren schmackhaft aber gestalten sich gegenüber den Restaurants im Ort sehr teuer. Bei Stromausfall, was wohl öfters passiert, wäre es toll, Solarlicht oder Kerzen bereitzustellen, was leider nicht passiert ist.

La atención al cliente pésima , no tuvimos corriente eléctrica en los dos días de estadía y no nos resolvieron por parte de la administración , nos quitaron la luz en la habitación también , el desayuno que incluía , malísimo . Sin duda NO lo recomiendo
