Pésima atención y mala gestión

Nada, en absoluto. Únicamente destaco la buena actitud del personal del hotel Pacífico y del personal de seguridad.

Cons:

El día sábado, el hotel Marbella presentó un inconveniente que dejó a sus huéspedes sin servicio de electricidad durante toda la jornada. Debido a esta situación, fui trasladado al hotel Pacífico. Sin embargo, al momento del traslado, no se respetó mi reserva original, ya que en Marbella había solicitado dos habitaciones dobles para cuatro personas y en Pacífico únicamente me asignaron una sola habitación para las cuatro personas, lo cual provoco incomodidad en mi y las demas personas que iban conmigo.

Intenté comunicarme en repetidas ocasiones con el personal de Marbella para resolver la situación, utilizando llamadas telefónicas, WhatsApp e incluso el servicio de mensajería de Booking, pero no obtuve respuesta alguna hasta aproximadamente las 11 de la noche. Cabe destacar que muchas de las llamadas fueron directamente colgadas. Cuando finalmente me escribieron en horas de la noche, respondí en un lapso de 20 minutos, pero nuevamente dejaron de contestar y, hasta el día de hoy, no he recibido ninguna solución ni explicación.

Por todo lo anterior, no recomiendo este hotel, debido a la falta de profesionalismo, formalidad y atención al cliente, así como al deficiente manejo de las habitaciones y de las situaciones imprevistas.

El lugar es agradable y sombreado. La piscina es bonita y fresca. La habitación era cómoda y el baño muy limpio y funcional.

Cons:

No hay colgadores de ropa ni de toallas en ninguna parte de la habitación ni del baño. Tenían música a alto volumen en el área de la piscina, lo que no permitía estar tranquilo y disfrutar del sonido de las olas del mar. A partir de las nueve de la noche la apagaron y dormimos tranquilos.

Que estaba solo y no había gente muy limpio muy bonito

No cumplen lo que ofrece ,decía desayuno incluído y solo nos dieron pan tostado con jalea ,eso no es desayuno es una botana ,y que no ponen el precio total y cobran más cuando uno llega

I had to cancel my booking. The place was a ghost town, and most hotels were old buildings. Not recommend! Don’t waste your time going all the way to Monterico.
