希望通りの一泊でした。
Pros:

往き、西武線で本川越駅からに近くて助かりました。寒かったし、夜になって雪も降って。温泉で温まった。
翌日、川越駅から池袋に出ました。
両駅に近く、希望通りでした。

宿泊前とチェックアウト後も観光をする間気持ちよく荷物を預かって下さいました。ありがとうございました。
朝食も美味しかったです。

Cons:

宿泊前荷物を預ける際、呼鈴を鳴らしたのですがスタッフルームから笑い声が聞こえるのですが中々出てきて頂けませんでした。その後の対応には感謝しております。

凄くよかったです。
Pros:

丁寧な接客

Cons:

家族で行くには部屋のライトがちょっと暗いイメージかなと。後、椅子とテーブルがもうひとつほしい気がしました。

I stayed in 3 Super Hotels already. Love it. Will skewslook for it wheni am traveling
Pros:

Super Hotel is my favorite now. Excellent breakfast, hot springs, free alcohol…it’s amazing. Clerk even gave me a towel to wipe my bike.

Cons:

Only one elevator and no stairs but almost all hotels are the same.
