Pros:

La réactivité lors de notre demande ( tardive ) , la disponibilité de la place de parking ( il vaut mieux avoir un petit véhicule ) , la qualité de l appartement , la chambre , le fait d avoir un balcon a disposition.
Niveau emplacement c est top pour la côté des sciences et des arts , la coulée verte et acces centre ville historique

Pros:

Beautiful apartment with everything one might need. Vrey helpful host with tons of good tips and recommendations. The location is also great, close to bars and restaurants yet very quiet at night. It took about 15min to walk to the Arts&Scoence area and abt 30min to the Old town.

Pros:

El alojamiento estaba muy bien , lo que no sabíamos es que es un piso y alquilamos solo una parte , tuvimos que compartirlo con otros turistas , pero la verdad que todo muy bien , teníamos un ala para nosotros solos con nuestro cuarto de baño . Lo que si echamos de menos una televisión y aire acondicionado en el salón ( que era compartido) Pero puedo decir que repetiría .

Ottima soluzione per un soggiorno tranquillo a Valencia
Pros:

La guest house è un appartamento condiviso, ma gestito ottimamente per garantire il massimo della privacy. Avendo solo 3 camere (con bagno e terrazzo a uso privato) il flusso di gente è così ridotto da non dare l’impressione di un alloggio condiviso.
La cucina dispone di tutto il necessario per la colazione (praticamente offerta dall’host con biscotti, caffè, tè, gelati e altro a volontà) e permette la preparazione di pasti semplici (non dispone di fornelli, ma di un comodo microonde e di un frigo comune organizzato e pulitissimo). Il grande salone aperto condiviso è comodo per rilassarsi, per consumare un pasto in comodità o per crearsi un angolo di smartworking.
Le camere e il bagno sono puliti e accoglienti.
La posizione è molto comoda e strategica in 10-15 minuti a piedi si arriva facilmente sia al centro storico sia alla città della scienza. Per i non amanti delle passeggiate, proprio dietro casa c’è la fermata della nuova linea metro 10 che in pochissimo tempo permette di raggiungere i punti più turistici e strategici.

Super organisation pour le partage des pièces communes. Très bel accueil de l’hôte qui nous a aidé avec le stationnement dans le garage: bien expliqué les clés, etc. Très propre.

This is a shared stay you are in the same property as other guests
Pros:

Clean and supplies lots of extras like snacks and other amenities that hotels usually don’t have

Cons:

The listing wasn’t clear to us that it’s a guest house or share house. As two women we wouldn’t have booked this but we realised too late so had to continue with the booking. There are deadbolts on your room but you will still cross paths with other guests in the apartment.

TRES BON SEJOUR A VALENCIA

One of the best hosts I've ever met

First of all I'd like to start of by saying that Ross is one of the nicest hosts ive met so far. Very helpful, responsive. Gave us plenty of ideas of things to do in Valencia. There is a lot of complimentary food available for guests.
