The Goldmine Rooms

The room haven’t been cleaned or organised since the last guests left, everything was dirty, no hot water in the showers, poor care to the toilets as well.
I contacted the management through the contact number that was disposed in the booking confirmation, I’ve been told to talk to the people in the restaurant under the room, the restaurant was closed.
To sum up I talked to a guest that was in another room and he showed where to find bed sheets, fitted covers and pillow covers.
I changed everything by myself and stayed for the night.
VERY UNPLEASANT!

The fact they give out the key codes to everyone who is staying
The TV plug has been cut off and joined on to another cable to reach the plug then taped up at the join
Bed sheets had Stains
Mattress and urine stains on it

Unmade bed , dog hairs on the bed ,Unclean , no remote , I didn't stay and no refund

Cleanliness, tv didn’t work, room was a box .

The front for lock was atrocious go open and close it was a nightmare, the place had a terrible stench , the bed sheets were crumpled as though they were digger not ironed or had been used !!
Showers only provided boiling hot water, it was filthy
No staff around ! This place is not fit for humane habitation. I will report this on Monday hobghe council health & safety. The stairs were dangerous.

A bit run down.

No en-suite bathroom, had to share with others and had to climb a flight of stairs to get to the room

Dirty bedding and rubbish left in room, obviously not cleaned. Filthy bathrooms, no towels or toilet roll , messages ignored .
Terrible smell and no staff to contact

As if it’s never been cleaned
Water leaking through the kitchen ceiling
Bathroom light didn’t work
EVERYWHERE was dirty
