Pros:

To już mój kolejny pobyt w tym hotelu. Jak zwykle wszystko idealnie. Darmowy upgrade dla wracających gości , otrzymaliśmy przestronny pokój z projektorem jak w kinie :-) Polecam .

Séjour agréable
Pros:

La serviabilité du personnel. Le confort des chambres.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. Attention pour le service de blanchisserie : 2 tee shirts ont été perdus mais le personnel a appliqué une réduction sur notre note en compensation (ce n’était pas des vêtements de valeur heureusement)

Der Pool und die Möbel auf der Terrasse müssen dringend überholt werden.

Чисто, тихо, комфортно, очень отзывчивый персонал. Всегда горячая вода.
Можно заказать любые экскурии на рецепшн. Очень вкусные завтраки с большим выбором. Отдельные блюда в ресторане не очень хорошие. Заказывал суп том ям и разочаровался (просто кислая вода с не свежими креветками)
Есть бассейн, но он на один раз. По чистоте 4 из 5.
До центра можно доехать на трицикле за 50 песо.

No stress and very relaxing. Breakfast was good but wish there were more traditional local options.
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful and happy to help all the time, made my wife and I feel at home. Just a short 10min walk into main town

Cons:

If there were one thing? I guess it would be the pool area but who’s sitting at the pool when there’s so much to see

Comfortable room! Pool underwhelming.
Pros:

The room was great - very clean, and the shower had wonderful water pressure. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel arranged a reasonably-priced van to the airport. It was easy to get a trike into town - they are always waiting outside. We were able to get laundry done with a 24-hour turnaround (you can get it done faster at a higher price). We tried the pizza and club sandwich, both of which were pretty good.

Cons:

The pool area could use some work. The water was pretty cloudy and not appealing. The lounge chair cushions were very thin and had lots of stains on them. We booked the hotel because of the pool, so this was sort of disappointing. They could also use umbrellas for the loungers - direct sun in the afternoon and no shade available. For us, the breakfast wasn't worth the money - not many appealing options. The location is a bit out of town, but no big deal because you can take a cheap trike.

Pros:

La localisation : un peu en dehors du brouhaha , centre ville 20 minutes à pied
La piscine
La grande chambre et la belle salle de bain
Si vous venez en avion prenez le transfert avec l' hôtel : 250 pph par pers , il n'y a rien autour de l'aéroport
Location de scooter en face de l' hôtel (c'est quelqu'un de l' hôtel qui s en occupe) pratique et même tarif qu'en ville
Excursions prises à l' hôtel, même prix voir moins cher qu'en ville
Bon petit déjeuner
Bonne literie
Balcon appréciable, vue sur les montagnes

Cons:

Petit plus à faire sur la propreté... (exemple parois de l' ascenseur, chaises du petit-déjeuner) Mais c'est pour trouver quelque chose à améliorer.

Pros:

The rooms were lovely, bed was so comfy! The staff were very helpful with all the questions I had with tours ect. The location was good, only a short walk into town but far away enough to be quiet at night.

Cons:

Only thing to mention here is our extractor fan in the bathroom was broken so when showering the room got very hot, not a big deal though!
