Amazing location, super clean rooms, and the staff went above and beyond. Beds were comfy, AC worked perfectly, and breakfast had tons of variety. Would definitely book again.
The hotel is very nice. The 6th floor is very nice with an outdoor bar and we had breakfast there with my family. The food is also very delicious, the view around is relaxing, the staff is also very kind, thank you for assisting the Front office House keeping. THANK YOU SO MUCH VENUS ROYALE😊

Le moment où j’en suis parti.
À peu près tout. La nourriture franchement pas bonne. De plus, plus de la moitié de ce qui était proposé était indisponible : seulement œuf riz et pain alors que nous attendions le buffet annoncé. Seulement 3 personnes ont été plutôt sympas le reste j’avais l’impression de les ennuyer (pour ne pas être grossier) à chaque interaction.
Pas de piscine durant tout mon séjour. (Fermé pour rénovation, mais nous en avons été informés au moment de notre arrivée et aucun excuse ni compensation). Le service de nettoyage et propreté des chambres est à revoir.
Pas de frigo ni possibilité d’avoir de l’eau fraîche à notre étage. C’est hôtel est un scam pour un prix exorbitant.
La chambre de la vue qui donne sur la laverie, magnifique décor de Coron pour lequel j’ai payé 40 euros par nuit.

Friendly , accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking. The breakfast buffet is amazing . Highly recommended.

The property was very clean and the staff was always very polite and would always greet me with a big smile.
I was extremely disappointed that they were doing maintenance on the pool the entire month of June. I had booked this hotel based on the photos of the pool, it has to be the nicest in Coron so for that to be closed was very disappointing. I think it should have been better announced that it would be closed, like a large banner across the pool photos or something. On Booking.com, it was a little notice in small print at the bottom of the page. By the time I noticed it would be closed, my reservation was nonrefundable, so I was stuck in a stay without the use of the main reason I booked my stay there. The only other thing I didn’t like was that the housekeeping for my room was sporatic, I just found someone from housekeeping each morning to ask that they service my room each day. All I wanted was the basics, just take out the trash, swap out towels and tidy up the bed, basic things that should be automatic.
Las instalaciones modernas y limpias. El personal muy ameno, nos resolvieron el traslado al aeropuerto. Un muy buen hotel luego de realizar excursiones en islas. El restaurante y desayuno están muy bien, variado.
