Water from the ceiling.
Pros:

Cons:

Our climate system and something else started to lose around 10+liters from our ceiling in the middle of the night. There was a lot of water in front of our bed. We were able to change the room in the night, but when it comes to compensation the staff said, they don't care.

We booked the highest room categroy, never again.

Pros:

Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich.
Betten bequem und Zimmer immer sauber. Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, man konnte Touren direkt über das Hotelpersonal buchen, diese sogar aufs Zimmer schreiben lassen und am Ende mit Kreditkarte zahlen. Absoluter Pluspunkt.

Cons:

Das WLAN hat oft nicht richtig funktioniert, der Rest war top!

Pros:

ich war krank, sodass ich leider fast nur im Zimmer sein musste, war aber sehr froh, dass es in diesem Hotel war, weil ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt habe und alles sehr sauber war!

Nice stay, but don't plan on swimming
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. We were welcomed with cool drinks as we checked in.

The on-site restaurant was convenient for us even though it was a bit pricey. We actually had four meals here. Although I love Filipino Food, I would suggest that you stay away from the Filipino items and choose from the Western items on the menu. The kitchen does a much better job with the latter.

The Breakfast Buffet was a wonderful way to start the day.

Cons:

Housekeeping leaves much to be desired. When we wanted to take a shower on the first evening of our stay, we noticed that one of the bath towels was not clean. It was as if somebody else had used it and folded it back up. Also the bathroom sink wasn't clean and the complimentary coffee was not replenished each day.

The Wi-Fi was unreliable and would not always connect to the internet. The pool looked great and with its length we thought that we could swim laps until we got in and discovered that the water was only about 2 ft deep. So you really can't swim in it, although it is called a "swimming" pool. It's more of a large pool for children to play in or adults to wade in, not useful for anybody who actually wanted to swim. 

The water cooler on our floor was empty for most of our stay. We notified the front desk that it needed to be replenished, but that never happened.

Confusion existed about the time that the Coron Town Tour we booked through the hotel would leave. We were told to be in the lobby between 3:30 and 4:00 for pickup. But at 2:42 p.m. they called us and said our driver was here to pick us up!

Le personnel est très bien
Les chambres sont confortables et assez spacieuse avec balcon
Le rapport qualité/prix

Cons:

Nous sommes restés deux jours le premier jour, la piscine était vraiment sale…
Mais visiblement ils ont fait le nécessaire pour le jour d’après

L’hôtel à des Tuktuk à disposition en face de l’hôtel (ainsi que des scooters)
La chambre est parfaite, la Clim fonctionnait très bien, eau chaude ok, chambre faite chaque jour avec de l’eau mis à disposition
Possibilité de laver son linge
Petit balcon
Petit bémol : les coqs (mais avec boules quies c’est ok) et le petit dej pas dingue
