Pros:

Habitacions comfortables i netes. Hotel força renovat tot i que conserva el caràcter dels edificis amb més solera.

Cons:

No pot ser que no puguin generar una factura amb el meu codi fiscal in-situ. Fins que no vaig enviar correspondència a través de la web de Booking no me la van enviar.

Hotel non proprio pet friendly

Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto per il check in, è stato molto gentile, la stanza era molto spaziosa, la zona è centrale ma essendo domenica era tutto chiuso purtroppo.

Cons:

I letti erano scomodi, la doccia nel bagno dei disabili era scivolosa, il che è davvero pericoloso per un disabile. In più abbiamo pagato il supplemento di 20€ per il nostro cane, e non ci è stato permesso portarlo nella sala colazione, nonostante avessimo pagato anche per quella. Quando abbiamo chiesto che almeno venisse detto e scritto da qualche parte, ci è stato risposto dalla ragazza bionda alla reception “gli altri lasciano il cane in camera”. Invece di cercare una soluzione, avrei dovuto lasciare il cane in camera come se fosse un oggetto da lasciare a piacimento. Non ci è stata proposta nessuna alternativa e anzi, ha continuato ad essere scortese facendo intendere non fosse un suo problema. Che senso ha far pagare un supplemento, non solo per il cane ma anche per la colazione, se poi non posso utilizzarlo? Si parla tanto di non abbandonare i cani durante l’estate, e io che decido di portarlo con me, devo poi lasciarlo in giro perché non può venire con me neppure nella sala colazione? Allora almeno chiedo che non vi definiate hotel pet friendly, perchè non lo siete.

Staff molto disponibile. Camera spaziosa pulita con tutti i confort. Posizione eccellente

Il letto anche se comodo presentava centralmente una zona concava dovuta all'unione di due materassi singoli ed era un po fastidiosa

I reccomended that place to stay even for longer we do.
Pros:

The place is kind of apartment in the hotel. Very nice, with bedroom and leaving room with the kitchen. Clean, comfortable, in good location. The staff, helpful, nice, smiling every time. They brought to our room whatever we need. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, which was available. We stay there few days, and it was absolutely good choice.

We have no complain.

Hotel molto bello in zona centro a Messina
Pros:

L'hotel La residenza è situato in centro a Messina a due passi da p.zza Cairoli e da via San Martino, una strada molto grande con tantissimi negozi. Accoglienza dello staff è stata molto gentile e disponibile, la stanza era molto grande e la nostra aveva addirittura, oltre un balcone, un terrazzino con un tavolino e le sedie. Il letto era comodissimo e il pavimento era di quelli antichi con le tipiche maioliche siciliane.

Cons:

Se devo trovare un difetto è solamente che c'era un montacarichi al posto di un ascensore.
