Solo la posizione molto vicina alla stazione e all'Università.

Cons:

Stanza sporca, asciugamani con residui di dubbio colore lavati (per modo di dare) molto male, le lenzuola e i cuscini puzzavano di fumo di sigaretta (io non sono fumatore), colazione scarna.
