Mold in the room, grounds outside around the property not cared for, room windows filthy, we left after we checked in, the property is not fit for lodging, absolutely disappointed

Excellent location for stopover when travelling from north of Europe to the south.
Pros:

Good location as stopover when you are driving from north of Europe towards Rome. The staff kindly reserved a table for us at a nearby restaurant, though it was pretty late.

Cons:

Room temperature 24°C was too high to have a comfortable sleep.

Wasn’t good experience because of location and area.
Pros:

It was really clean

Cons:

Location is very far and Uber or Taxi take much money and time not recommended if you don’t have car, smell of the farms around the location is so bad and if there is wind will be really horrible, mosquitoes will be in your room once you open the window so be careful do not try to open it.

Pros:

Welcoming staff and very accommodating. Modern facilities. Breakfast was fantastic as there was great variety. Free parking and breakfast included.

Cons:

A new hairdryer as ours died although staff were happy to replace immediately. The position of hotel is pretty remote which is great for some but not within walking distance of any food venues.

Good to stay if you have a car.
Pros:

Room was fine. Bed was quite comfortable. Clean hotel. Balcony is very good option and quite large. Hotel is located at quite area. Lots of parking space at the entrance.

Cons:

Quite far away from city center. I would like to see more option on breakfast.
