Pros:

This is the second or third time I've stayed here for a day. The staff is very friendly, they provide everything you need: extra blankets, kitchen utensils, and the internet connection is of good quality.
If possible, they can provide a better room than the one you booked, which doesn't always happen in other places.
The owner of the hotel, let me emphasize again, is a very caring, polite, and friendly person.
Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures here, but the area is very clean and tidy, which is important.
The location is very convenient: the area is beautiful, there are no traffic jams, it's suitable for long-term living.

Cons:

I think that due to the high demand, the refrigerator sometimes gets overloaded, and when I get rich, I will give the hotel owner an extra refrigerator :)

تعامل الموظفين الجيد المكان الغرف توجد امامها اشجار جميلة ونافورة مياه يوجد مطبخ كبير مجهز بالكامل نظافة المكان ويوجد شطاف في الحمامات

Всё хорошо. Немного далеко от центра. Но такси Яндекс недорого. А с раннего утра ходит много автобусов в центр. 32 рубля на рос. рубль

Pros:

The air conditioner worked well.

Cons:

It's a noisy place close to a highway, with construction behind the building.
Worst thing, I was loaded with luggage. The owner, nor his son offered to help. That's the first step in hospitality.

Host is accommodating and responsive and easy to deal with despite language barrier, he's happy to sit there and wait for you to awkwardly bring up google translate
Very clean and comfortable
Decent location that's not too far from center (~15 min) or the airport (~30 min)

Cons:

Shared fridge and my food got stolen 😅
Kind of small beds but they get the job done
Sink is small and a little awkward to use
