Un lugar para volver
Pros:

Nos gustó el diseño de las instalaciones, la limpieza, la ubicación, la tranquilidad y paz que se respira, los jardines con rincones privados para las habitaciones y el concepto de compartir. Es como estar en un hotel pero con cocina compartida donde te puedes preparar tus comidas. Además ponen a tu disposición café y otros alimentos. También hay una fuente de agua para beber, que en Canarias es importante. Es un lugar muy bonito, cómodo y excelente situado. Hay un parking gratuito muy cerca. Solo coincidimos con el personal de limpieza, pero fue muy amable explicándonos el funcionamiento de la cocina y lo que estaba a nuestra disposición. También nos surgieron algunas dudas sobre la entrada y otras situaciones y siempre nos contestaban rápido.

Cons:

Quizás nos resultó un poquito caro. Y la habitación, aunque muy bonita, era un poco justa de tamaño por el precio.

Would love to stay here again!
Pros:

Unfortunately, I caught a cold a couple of days before our stay, so I ended up spending almost the entire time in the room. And I’m extremely grateful that it happened in this hotel - if anything, it actually seemed to speed up my recovery significantly.

Location is fantastic - right in the city centre. I managed to explore La Laguna even as an after-cold weakling.

There is no traditional reception desk, but the staff were extremely attentive and responsive via WhatsApp. We actually liked this setup even more - it gave us the lovely feeling that we had the whole hotel to ourselves.

But the biggest highlight for me was the building itself. It is a beautiful historic house. I absolutely love staying in such places and usually, when booking a hotel in an old building, I mentally prepare myself for certain compromises, Here it was the perfect balance: all the beauty and charm of a traditional wooden Canarian house (such an incredible smell and feel) combined with modern comfort.

Cons:

Not "I did not like it", more like things to be aware of if you're considering this accomodation:
* City center -> parking can be a bit difficult to find
* Amazing historical building -> all the perks of historical building, such as poorer sound insulation, may be more noticeable during high season
* The bathroom in room V9 was not fully enclosed, so it may not be ideal for shy guests

Pros:

Ubicación perfecta, casa súper tranquila para desconectar. La cama es comodísima.

Cons:

Una pena no haber podido disfrutar de los espacios de terraza y jardín por el tiempo, pero sin duda repetiremos con mejor clima para aprovecharlo.

Pros:

This was amazing. I had a spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Everything was new and very clean. The architecture of this building was so intriguing and it was so quite although you were close to the city center (La Trinidad) and old town. I even had a propery kitchen with more equipment than I needed and some extras like oil, salt, etc. Definitley a joy staying here!
