Pros:

Good area . Close to food and g25 and 7/11 . Emart traders across the street has everything . Has an English speaking front seat that was kind .Breakfast was good

Cons:

Dirty . Smell like cigs . Mold in the bathroom . There was open mask . House keeping never came by . The pipes of the sink was leaking . Told the front desk and they didn’t seem to care .

Pros:

ライブの遠征で泊まりました！部屋はきれいですし、シャワーも困ることなく使えました。部屋には大きなテレビがあり、YouTubeが見れるので、友達と楽しめました！仁川文鶴競技場にも行きやすいですし、次回ライブがあったときも利用したいなと思いました。

직원 cs교육 개선 및 룸 컨디션관련

2025.07.29 화요일 밤부터 07.30수요일 아침8시까지 근무했던 직원이 너무 예의도없고 거짓말도 하며 상당히불쾌했습니다.
직원들의 cs교육을 하셔야할거같아요

차량 관리한다며 차키달라해놓고 어떤손님의 차가 사이드미러 접지도 않고 운전석으로 탑승하지못하게 주차해놔서 직원에게 요청드리니 보조석으로 들어가서 탑승하라고 합니다^^
근데 차량특성상 보조석에서 운전석으로 갈수없습니다.
말씀드렸더니 한숨 쉬면서 제운전석을 막은 차량은 고객이 건들지말라 했다면서 보조석으로 들어가라고 다시 얘기하길레 저는 보조석으로 시도했지만 불가능해서 처다보니 다시 한숨쉬며 운전석을 막은 차를 빼서 다른곳에주차하고 오면서 저에게 퉁명스럽게 하...쯧 하면서 갑니다.
저는 어머니랑 같이 방문한 상태여서 꾹참고 그냥 보냈지만 이건 정말 아닌거 같습니다.

그리고 월요일 저녁9시도착하여 응대했던 직원분은 친철하였습니다 디럭스더블룸에서 트윈으로 업그레이드 해주셔서 너무고마웠지만, 룸청소컨디션 상태가 좋지않았습니다.

당시 룸에 체크아웃이안된 손님으로 인해 약40분후 방문 원한다하여 시간맞춰 체크인을 하고 들어갔더니 머리카락과 바닥에 이물질이 있었고 마지막날 아침 이불정리 하는 도중 이불의 붉은자국(혈흔으로추정)이 있었습니다..
상당히 불쾌했고 개선이 적극필요해보입니다.

그리고 315호는 잘때 창문쪽에서 삐걱 삐걱소리가 주기적으로 계속나서 취침시 불편합니다.

An expensive "love hotel" with cigarette smell
Pros:

The room had a lot of facilities: tv, computer, even a clothing styler, and a massage chair ( although the massage chair was pretty worn out).

Cons:

My room smelled like cigarettes really bad, which made my stay there very uncomfortable and made the entire room feel unclean. The smell persisted throughout my whole stay there. There is no door to the bathroom, just a curtain, and the whole room felt more like a love hotel than a regular hotel.

Unfortunately, there are also smoking rooms and the smoke comes thru the ventilation/AC into non-smoking rooms.

After a small problem in the room they were willing to give us a better one for the second day , which room had also a massage chair

Cons:

For breakfast we had to go to neighboring hotel but breakfast was not very good and coffee had not many choices especially no cappuccino....

Pros:

Buen hotel, buen precio, desayuno bastante bueno.Habitación bonita, gran bañera-jacuzzi ademas de la ducha.Gran pantalla de televisión. La limpieza no era muy buena ya que habia polvo por todas las paredes que como eran de madera color negras se veia bastante. Los colchones no muy buenos, por lo demas todo bien. También pedimos comida para cenar del restaurante (room service) y era bastante buena y bien de precio.

Pros:

Service was exceptional. - the young man on the front desk couldn't do enough for me - well done. Would be great if they provided larger towels - they were plentiful but were the size of bathmats. The bath was huge and the bathroom facilities were great. Minor issues were only one kind of tea and no milk but these were minor issues. Breakfasts were plentiful and varied.

Cons:

There was a strong smoke smell on occasions that just permeated the room.

An excellent place to stay with nice breakfast in this price!
Pros:

They got me a very spacious clean room, a good comfortable bed and very nice breakfast buffet.

Cons:

Not much to say here. Maybe the shower curtain was a bit old, but that was a trivial issue
