Très mauvaise insonorisation dans les chambres familiales.
On pouvait suivre les conversations de la chambre d'à côté.
Manque aussi un sèche cheveux et des petites serviettes.

J’aime Millau ville superbe, l’hôtel très bien situé avec une vue formidable, j’ai découvert cet hôtel ibis un peu par hasard et j’ai aimé ( bcp ) quoique un peu cher à mon sens.
Le parking à 17 € plus taxe de séjour (cher !!!! ) - aussi ce que je trouve dommage c’est qu’il n’y a même plus de café dans la chambre, plus de frigo non plus et donc plus de boissons fraîches, pas de sèche cheveux, bref tout un tas de petit détails qui malheureusement avec les prix un peu élevé font que parfois nous allons voir la concurrence qui fait souvent tout aussi bien, si non mieux à des prix bien inférieur.
Hôtel très bien placé en centre ville, chambre agréable et très propre, hôtel calme, personnel agréable.
Le tarif trop élevé du parking (17 Euros), idem pour le petit déjeuner parfait mais trop cher (20 Euros).

We spent over two hours trapped in a lift with our dog.
The room key-card contact telephone number was out of use. (We reported this and understand the cards are being changed.)
The emergency connection to the lift company rang engaged continuously and then disconnected (I tried more than five times) .
In the end, I rang 112 and the Millau fire service intervened. The two firemen (a man and a young woman) could not have been nicer and more helpful. They managed to pass in water and a chair for my wife - but they could not unblock the inner door.
Eventually a technician from Otis did arrive and he opened the doors.
When we eventually got to it, the room was spacious and well appointed. But, for obvious reasons, we did not feel comfortable using the lift to go up to the room, so needed to use the stairs. (Luckily, on the second floor.)
I reported all these problems to the fire service and to the reception at the hotel on the day and to the hotel reception again in the morning.
We did find somewhere for supper and the duty manager apologized and offered us a bottle of wine when we returned after going out to eat. (A polite gesture that we appreciated.)
