Pros:

The receptionnist was very nice to us, as soon as we arrived we were offered a cold glass of syrup which was nice to have after a 16h flight, the rooms were ACed and clean

Don’t do it!

Good location near airport and restaurants on Jl Kartika Plaza.

Cons:

Apart from the location there was nothing to like about this hotel. They have a strict no check in before 2pm even if your room is ready. Room is tiny, fridge didn’t work, no shower curtain in bathroom so the bathroom was soaked when you had a shower. We paid extra to have breakfast included but were then told that due to their being less than 10 people ordering breakfast they could only provide Nasi Goreng or Mie Goreng. We have stayed in a few low budget hotels in this area to be close to the airport and been pleasantly surprised by the quality but we will not be returning to this one. Horrible.

SUBERBE séjour!
Pros:

Nous avons adoré le personnel et que dire de l’endroit!! Belle piscine, belle chambre et surtout assez calme (une belle ambiance). La situation géographique est idéal. À quelque pas de la plage (5-10 minutes de marche), proche des beaux restaurants et cafés. Nous y sommes restés trois nuits et nous avons été très satisfaite. Merci à toute l’équipe qui a veiller sur nous durant le séjour!

Cons:

Tout était parfait. Il s’assure déjà durant le séjour que tout est correcte!! Ils sont attentionnés mais surtout respectif aux commentaires.
