Pros:

Las chicas de recepción son muy agradables, siempre dispuestas a ayudar, al igual que la señora que prepara el desayuno. La habitación estaba muy bien, muy limpia.

Cons:

una vez haces el check out, puedes dejar las maletas en consigna, pero no te dejan ducharte cuando vas a recogerlas, al ser un hotel de playa y ese detalle hace que el día no lo puedas disfrutar igual

Stanza molto più grande rispetto alle foto
Moderna e curata
Bagno stupendo, moderno e tutto nuovo.
Accessoriato di tutto! Phon, bagnoschiuma, shampoo e le asciugamani le cambiano tutti i giorni, anche la stanza viene pulita giornalmente.
Aria condizionata molto silenziosa quindi perfetta per dormire la notte.
Balcone grande e bellissimo. Dotato di stendino al muro (perfetto per stendere i costumi post mare)

10min di macchina dalle spiagge più belle di ksamil
Ci sono anche spiagge raggiungibili a piedi dall hotel (8-10min)
L hotel si trova in una vietta super tranquilla quindi è molto silenzioso, non si è immersi nel caso dei locali.
Buono anche il parcheggio esattamente sotto l hotel.
Personale super disponibile e molto gentile anche a colazione, tutti super carini!
Colazione anche molto buona, semplice. La colazione si svolge all esterno, hanno una terrazza fuori molto carina.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pas très fournis et toujours identique tout les jours
Ne peux pas prendre la formule petit déjeuner.
L’écoulement de l’évier de la salle de bain était bouché.
La séparation de la douche trop petite donc beaucoup d’eau partout.
Prévoir gel douche et shampoing car pas de distributeur.
Pas de sèche serviette dans la salle de bain

Il soggiorno è stato ottimo, camera pulita e moderna, letto super comodo.
Staff gentilissimo, ci hanno fatto lasciare le valigie il primo giorno fino al check-in, avevamo bisogno di sapere delle informazioni per un pullman e si è adoperata per noi.
Colazione ottima, sia il dolce che il salato.
Consiglio vivamente questo hotel, se dovessi ritornare a Ksamil sicuramente pernotterei nuovamente qua.
