Regular a buena según aspecto evaluado
Pros:

La ubicación que da lugar a una vista privilegiada, personal con atención adecuada.

Cons:

Falta de control de calidad de accesorios y comida: 1.- chaya de ducha en mal estado 2.- ventilador de baño con ruido 3.- cena con calidad no acorde a un hotel 4 estrellas.
El agua de la chaya se desbordaba por su perímetro en lugar de caer como lluvia.
Al accionar el interruptor que encendía la luz y el ventilador del baño debía apagarse por exceso de ruido que emitía el ventilador.
Plato de cordero braseado ofrecido con cocción de 4 horas distaba de esa oferta.

Quite a unique hotel and setting. Great for a one night stopover.

Great choice for Puerto Natales!
Pros:

It is a great hotel to stay in Puerto Natales - the location is great, the room was clean, and great service.
We recommend to eat at EL BOTE Restaurant in Puerto Natales - about 3 blocks from the hotel.

Pros:

Nice lobby

Cons:

Room barely able to walk around bed. Shower so small could not bend over to wash feet and i am small. Shower door setup facilitated leakage onto bathroom floor. Room overly hot even with window open and radiator off. Food in restaurant: toughest ribs I’ve ever had, tasteless fettuccini .

Spectacular location with great dining experience.
Pros:

Loved the location by the lake and the big windows that had lake view and night sky. The staff were great and food was delicious!

Cons:

The shower stall is way too tiny and had a massive shower head. And the water was getting out. Wish this was modeled better.
The overnight staff was very RUDE!! She couldn’t fathom mistake made in data entry for taxi booking. Definitely not hospitable and should not be client facing!!

Pros:

Our room had a great view of the lake and the mountains. Small but comfortable. Staff was friendly and efficient. Location is a nit out of town , however we had a car so it was no problem. 10 minutes to airport. Breakfast was great.

great location at the lake side of Puerto Natales, perfect warer view from the room, nice breakfast buffet with nice view as well

Cons:

reception staff could be more knowledgable about spots to go and to see as well as could be more familiar with Patagonia hiking related advise

Pros:

Hôtel convenable, propre , vue .

Cons:

Mauvaise nuit car situé en bordure de la route principale ( en béton) le bruit des véhicules est , de mon point de vue , très dérangeant.
Petit déjeuner très basique.
