Great value. Went late March, weather was bery comfortable, managed a few days at the pool. Two minute walk from beach.

Cons:

Schade ist, dass man auf eine Nachfrage der RIU App keinerlei Antwort erhält! Warum eine App wo man Fragen stellen kann und keine Antwort??
Ist bereits das 2. Mal, wo ich keine Antwort erhalte! Dieser Service ist ein absolutes no Go!

Es war ein gelungener Aufenthalt im Hotel, wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Pros:

Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren gut. Auch die Lage war sehr gut da wir jeden Tag mit dem Fahrrad gefahren sind und gut weg kamen.

Cons:

In den Zimmern war es jetzt im März noch kalt und feucht, auch wenn man die Heizung angemacht hat wurde es nur spärlich wärmer.

Bien situado, la comida excelente y el personal muy amable. Llegamos muy temprano y por cortesía del hotel nos invitaron a desayunar.

Pros:

Hotel was clean, warm and secure. Lots of hot water. Food was tasty, plentiful, with lots of variety and choice. Staff welcoming, friendly, helpful, and very hard working.

Really good food and service.
Pros:

The food in the restaurant was really good. There was a different variety to pick from for dinner every night and we really enjoyed it. Leonora who worked in the restaurant during our stay always welcomed us with a huge smile! She was so friendly and it felt like we had known each other a long time. She made us feel like we belonged. Appreciate her.

Cons:

Couldn’t figure out how to work the AC as the balcony door handle needed to be locked in a certain way so the first night was very cold for me :( finally figured it out the next day and I could turn the heating on a little. We went during the winter season so it was a little chilly in the room. Also the cleaner walked straight into our room whilst sleeping early in the morning. I’m sure it was a mistake but I’m use to them knocking to make sure they get an answer before doing so.
