Pros:

This hotel is exactly as advertised. The food was excellent, the staff could not do enough for you. Manuel on reception with his colleague when we checked in absolutely set the experience to follow. Jennifer, Emily & all the staff In the resturant got 10 stars from us.
We will be returning.

Puente de Mayo con sabor a Vacaciones
Pros:

Tanto en el desayuno como en la cena hay suficiente variedad de productos para encontrar los adecuados para cada uno. Tal vez, lo difícil en un buffet es ceñirse a comer de forma moderada, sin ansiedad por probarlo todo, y elegir lo que más nos gusta o mejor nos sienta.
En mi caso, como mi dieta es vegetariana/vegana (a veces), puedo descartar fácilmente muchos de los platos que se sirven. Aun así, encuentro tanto platos vegetarianos como veganos muy ricos... y, eso sí: suelo repetir y comer más de lo necesario...
En cuanto a la ubicación del hotel, me gusta. En el balneario 6. No está en primera línea del mar, sino rodeado por unos pinos (a unos 300 metros del mar), que le confieren un halo de privacidad y tranquilidad.
El trato de personal fue alegre, amable y profesional.

Cons:

No puedo decir que la cama no sea cómoda, me consta que soy yo quien tiene dificultades para dormir y quizá porque me dolían un poco las lumbares, no la encontré suficientemente dura.
No se si se puede evitar, quizá mejorando los extractores, pero al salir del restaurante, la ropa se impregna de olores de cocina.
Por último, como estuve solo un par de días, se me olvidó preguntar cómo se hacía para quitar de la televisión el "modo para invidentes". Lo intenté, pero no pude (las instrucciones, al tocar el mando, estaban puestas en alemán, por el anterior cliente, supongo...). Así que, me entretuve escuchando cómo se explican las imágenes para quienes no pueden verlas: ¡Interesante!

Ausgezeichnete Lage, Personal top!
Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich und hatte immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht - fleißig, zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist vor allem wenn man einen Urlaub am Ballermann anstrebt einfach perfekt. 5 min Fußweg zum Bierkönig. An sich ruhig aber es laufen natürlich ein paar feierende Gruppe an der Straße entlang. Auch super kurzer Weg zum Flughafen. Die Zimmer sind auch komfortabel. Das Buffet hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen.

Cons:

Durch eine mobil eingeschränkte Person haben wir zwar ein barrierefreies Zimmer bekommen, allerdings hing die Haltevorrichtung im Badezimmer von Anfang an buchstäblich nur noch am seidenen Faden. So ist es passiert, dass die Halterung beim Toilettengang aus der Wand brach. Dabei habe ich mich nur ganz leicht abgestützt und konnte mich zum Glück noch gut halten. Sowas darf nicht passieren!

Slušný hotel, spokojenost
Pros:

Ochota personálu, čistota, klid, dobré umístění hotelu, blízko k moři, dobrá komunikace s personálem

Cons:

menší výběr jídla, hlavně ovoce, horší kvalita kávy, první večer studená večeře (suchý toast s okurkou, celkem 6 ks pro 4 osoby - špatné)

Cons:

Sehr hellhörige Zimmer. Enge Flure. Frühstück eher durchschnittlich, nichts besonderes ( kein Lachs, kein Serranoschinken, kein Sekt).
