Be prepared to be relocated to other Riu properties
Pros:

The hotel looked lovely but since it was full on arrival we were transferred to another property so didn’t get a chance to look at it properly

Cons:

We booked this hotel and when we arrived were told it was full and were being moved to a and other Riu hotel close by. They paid for the taxi to send us to Riu Bravo. Be aware this can happen. We did not like Riu Bravo - the rooms are very clean and the catering is decent, staff are lovely BUT it was in a noisier area, it was impossible to get a sun lounger at the pool during the entirety of our stay (not once) , very busy pool area. Not for us at all, so be aware when you choose a Riu hotel in this area you may be relocated. They did upgrade us from half board to all inclusive but we don’t care for all inclusive stays anyway which is why we didn’t book one in the first place

My room was changed to a different RIU hotel in the last possible moment without asking me about it
Pros:

First I have to say that my room was changed to another RIU hotel without asking me or informing me about that before my arrival. So here is a review for RIU Playa Park where we have been moved to instead.

I liked that the room was spacious enough. Bathroom was clean and comfortable. The lobby bar was open during the night and early in the morning which was nice as you can get a coffee first thing in the morning.

Cons:

I didn't like that I was not informed about moving my reservation to a different hotel before my arrival. I also was left with the impression that I had no choice but to accept the change of room and hotel.

As for the Playa Park hotel - I didn't like the food they were offering. They couldn't provide basic thing like slippers and the mini bar was only upon request which took some time to be delivered.

Pros:

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr freundliches Personal. Großes Buffet. Auswahl wechselt täglich.

Cons:

Die Beschreibung am Buffet hat nicht immer gestimmt. Leider ausversehen einmal Fleisch gegessen obwohl ich Vegetarier bin.
