Terrible atencion
Pros:

Terrible atención nada recomendable, cuando hice la reservación me indicaron que es todo estaba correcto y que me esperaban en la fecha indicada, un día antes de viajar llame a confirmar y consultar si podía llevar una mascota pequeña y me reconfirmaron la reserva y que no había problema con la mascota y horas antes de check INN me llama una señorita super grosera q decirme que no había espacio en el hotel.. le indique que yo ya estaba en una ciudad cercana y que debían ayudarme a solucionar el problema porque era error de ellos pero me dejó esperando mas de 10 minutos en el tlf supuestamente buscando una alternativa. Cuando volví a llamar el administrador igual muy grosero sólo dijo q ya no había espacio
