Consigliatissimo
Pros:

Ottima posizione, a due passi dal centro. Tutto pulito e funzionante. Molto bella anche la vista. Staff gentile e cordiale. Ci siamo trovati bene.

Cons:

Unica pecca: quinto piano senza ascensore, ma lo sapevamo già.

Je vous conseille de réserver une chambre de cet appartement vous allez pas le regretter. Un bon rapport prix et super b

C’est une chambre situe dans un appartement très bien entretenu et super confortable.

Cons:

Il était bien placé que ça soit à côté des restaurants et également à côté de la plus grand mosque et du grand centre commercial.

The actual room is fine but the building and access was not ideal. We chose not to stay a second night.
Pros:

The location was convenient, and the room was adequate.

Cons:

While the room was ok the actual building was very run down. The room is on 5th floor / no lift and the stairway is dirty, old and run down. The host sent a message but we didn’t see or interact face to face with any staff.

Clean and cool accommodation. With a convenient location to tourist activities.
Pros:

Great location, safe with convenient stores nearby like a pharmacy, bakery, cafe etc.
was also a short walk to Skanderberg square which was convenient.
There was also AC, and very clean room and bathroom. The Owners were really friendly too!

Bir daha Arnavutluk'a gidersem kesinlikle burada kalacağım.
Pros:

Konumu çok merkezi bir yerdeydi. Büyüklüğü yeterliydi. Televizyonda Netflix ve Youtube uygulamaları vardı ki bu çok güzel bir avantajdı. Her şeyden önemlisi taharet musluğu vardı. Sadece bu imkan için bile tercih edilir. İşletme sahibi çok güler yüzlü ve anlayışlı biriydi. Tuvalet ve banyo yeterli büyüklükte ve yeniydi. Klima, televizyon ve buzdolabı iyi ve güzel çalışıyor. Yatak oldukça rahattı. Ortak alandaki mutfak çok temizdi ve kullanışlıydı.

Cons:

Sevmediğim değil fakat insanlar için problem olabilecek iki şey var ama bence bunlar problem değildi. Eğer fazla valiziniz varsa daire 5. katta ve asansör yok. İlk giriş-çıkış problem olabilir ama işletme sahibinin bunun için yapabileceği bir şey yok. Herkes için problem olmayacak diğer konu ise bir daire içerisinde 3 farklı içerilerinde banyo bulunan odalar var ama biz hiç kimsenin sesini duymadık ve rahatsız olmadık. Odaların kapıları kilitli oluyor.

Pros:

Super Lage und schöne Aussicht auf den Park.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist im 5 Stock (ohne Aufzug). War für uns kein Problem, könnte aber für Reisende mit großen Koffern schwierig werden.

Nachts war es sehr laut!

Vermieterin hat teilweise lange zum Antworten gebraucht. Das Geld haben wir letzten Endes einfach im Zimmer liegen lassen.
