Lestar Hotel Hanoi

I loved this hotel. It was so cute and clean. All the necessities that are needed. The bed was amazing. They have a morning breakfast that was very good. Over the top. Anything you could want. The people that work there are very friendly. Makes you feel like family. Location is great. I didn't want to stay in the Old Quarter. But wanted to be close. Straight down the street about 5 or 6 blocks you get to the old Quarter. Then a little farther and you are at Hoan Kiem Lake. Everything is about a 15 or 20 minute walk from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. Btw, I am always the person that reads the bad reviews first and then the best and never believes the 5 star reviews. It is exactly what I was hoping all of my hotels this month will be like. So far the only one out of the first 4.

Amazing hotel, good location thats walking distance to lake yet not too touristy. Amazing staff who arranged BD cake n surprise for hubby. Hotel in good new condition. Excellent breakfast too.

I took the standard room and it was very clean and modern. It is very small and compact, you litterally open the door into the bedroom and there is another door for bathroom. It was very hot when I was there, the A/C wasn't very strong but with the fan on, I could sleep well. The door key is also used to power the room and this is common in many places. So during the day, the room got hot and the fridge, warm. It takes about 20 min for the room to cool down once you put the power back on since it is a small room. There was a power outage in the middle of the night so it got real hot, for about an hour while power was restored. I heard power outages are comon in Hanoi so not the hotel's fault. For the price and location, you can't go wrong. If you want your fridge and room to stay cool during the day, I was told (unfortunately only during checkout) that I could have asked for a second key.

Absolutely loved this hotel, the staff were super kind and friendly. It is within walking distance to the old town but I would say it is nicer to stay in the old town itself.

Absolutely brilliant hotel and staff. Frank and Mia were fantastic and helped us so much, they are an absolute credit to the hotel.

Fabulous hotel on the edge of the old quarter. Easily walkable. Room was quite small but perfect for me as a solo traveller. Breakfast was really good with lots of delicious options.

By far my best hotel experience on a holiday taking in Thailand and Vietnam. The staff were all excellent, friendly and impressively efficient. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It’s location in the Old Quarter is perfect too.

All great apart from a construction site outside our window.

Stayed 3 nights. Very nice staff, helpful in everything and answered all questions. Rooms were as expected and sound isoolated despite being in the old quarter.

Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast & a very walkable area with lots of stores selling green flaky rice cakes. The noisy construction is one downside but they moved me to another room for that so I was happy throughout my stay!

그런데 좀 시끄럽긴해요
대신 아침에 주변 한바퀴 돌면 아침시장.단체로 체조하는 모습 등을 볼 수 있습니다
