La chambre confortable, le lit, la vue sur le lac

Cons:

Le fait d’avoir demandé un check-out tardif par mail et par téléphone, d’avoir reçu une confirmation qu’il n’y avait aucun problème et que c’était tout à fait faisable avec un supplément, puis qu’une fois sur place, ils se rétractent en disant que ce n’est plus possible.

Pros:

bel endroit, calme en soirée - vue sur le lac - l'appartement est agréable pour 6 personnes - bonne literie - le déjeuner est excellent : varié, produits très bons et frais - le personnel est efficace-

Cons:

manque un peu de lampes dans une salle de bain (une lampe au-dessus du lavabo n'allait pas) - odeurs d'égouts dans les sanitaires et sur la terrasse - ne comptez pas trop préparer un vrai repas dans la kitchenette : tout petit four à micro ondes, tout petit espace de cuisson (pas pour 6 en tous cas) ..il vaut alors mieux prendre une villa mais comme nous n'y étions que pour 1 nuit, ce n'était pas une catastrophe

At this price point, you expect impeccable standards, which is clearly not the case here.
Pros:

The location, surrounding is nice. And the buildings looks nice from outside.

Very disappointing stay for a hotel advertised as 4★.

About €300 per night is absolutely unjustified given the quality:

* Insufficient cleanliness (visible marks and stains in the room, empty toilet paper roll left in place)
* Overall lack of control and attention to detail
* Overcrowded hotel → degraded service and experience

Séjour agréable avec une très belle vue sur le lac. Mais un peu bruyant.

La vue de la chambre sur le lac avec la petite terrasse.

Cons:

Le bruit de la ventilation, des travaux en cours et des occupants des maisons de vacances.

Cons:

Les chiens sont acceptés, tres bien, on aime les chiens,
Mais la, dans la chambre d'à côté, chiens qui a aboyè à 3h, a 4h30 à 5h15... nuit difficile!!!
