1stly i missed out when the staff brings me to double check the room. When i notice cmg bck frm shopping mall, my room has no Hand Wash Basin Sink. It completesly missing. So, i have to use the top Shower in order to wash my hands clean and brushes my teeth.

2ndly, A/C is good and Cooling but... its Leaking to the the top of the TV. I m worried it might catches to the Electric n shorted the Elctricity out. So, i have unplugged the 3 Pin Plug as for safety reasons.

3rdly, The Matress is ok, only it sunken in the middle and makes me n my wife has a lil bit difficulty in moving our body to wake up early ij the morning to go to the toilet.

I think the room itslf need some here n ther of some maintenance works. Tat will good.

Anyway, others is all normal. TQ n have a gd day.

I booked a stay for 2 adults and 2 kids, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The room title and images were misleading—what we received was more like a shared boys’ hostel, with two rooms and a common bathroom. This setup is absolutely not suitable for families.

The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional when I raised my concerns. The room was not clean, the towels were in poor condition, and there was no door mat. Overall, it was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had.

Even during check-out, though I left just 30 minutes late, the receptionist argued aggressively. To make matters worse, after I had paid in full, they falsely reported on Booking.com that I hadn’t paid.

I’ve never encountered such poor service and behavior from hotel staff. I strongly advise families to avoid this hotel.
