Location! It's like a 5 minute walk to Dong men ding where the food, hustle and bustle is...it's literally food paradise there.
Rooms have 2 small couches which i appreciate so you can sit in your room while you play with your phone/laptop/tablet.

they give you a small plate of fruit as a welcome bonus (i'm not sure if that is standard for every guest) but that was very thoughtful! I've never seen any hotel do that. (not even 5-star hotels)
Everything in the room is electronically operated they do have light switches but they are connected to each other. like Master, bedlight, worklight etc

so that was a nice touch too! I'm pretty sure free coffee at the barista bar and free fruit does not come with most hotels so well done!
Air conditiong is Digital. I do love tehchnology but it wasn't really clear on how to start it (no instructions). The digital panel next to yout bed you can use AI to ask to turn on the Aircon but it took m e a while to figure out how to manually turn on the AC. there is no remote control or a physical button for the AC...i'm sure once you're used to that digital tablet it's fine.
Friendly English speaking staff, very clean and spacious rooms, good breakfast choice. A real plus is the location: easy 100m or so walking distance to SZ Metro and several bus lines to LuoHu/HKG border as well for getting to many places in and around Shenzhen.
Room was very clean and well setup, free water and minibar, good choice at the breakfast buffet, and very friendly, English speaking staff. Right on too of metro station and many bus lines. Top value for money in Dongmen area.

The friendly and helpful staff at the front desk, the breakfast spread, the washing machines and the gym.
The low bed which makes getting up difficult for people with mobility issues. The stairs at the front entrance of the hotel. The one flight of stairs to 13 floor which has breakfast, laundry and gym which the lifts do not reach.
’ai beaucoup apprécié l’accueil et le check-in. Tout s’est très bien passé, c’était parfait. Le personnel est vraiment à l’écoute, très sympathique et toujours disponible.
J’ai aussi trouvé très pratique la possibilité de contacter l’hôtel facilement via WeChat. Les chambres sont modernes, avec beaucoup de domotique, ce qui donne une bonne impression générale. J’ai particulièrement aimé les grandes chambres de 25 m², que j’ai trouvées très confortables.
Le petit coffee bar est agréable, et le petit déjeuner est globalement très bien : c’est varié, sympa, et agréable au quotidien.
La partie laundry est également un vrai point fort. Les six machines neuves en libre-service sont très pratiques, avec aussi des sèche-linges. C’est un excellent service.
J’ai aussi apprécié la petite salle de sport. Elle reste simple, avec trois appareils, mais elle est pratique pour faire un peu de tapis ou quelques haltères le matin.
L’appareil à repasser à la vapeur fonctionne très bien, ce qui est un vrai plus.
L’hôtel est propre, bien situé, dans un bon quartier. Il y a de bons restaurants à côté et tout ce qu’il faut à proximité. Enfin, le personnel d’entretien est lui aussi très gentil et agréable. Les femmes de ménage sont super et toujours polies.
Globalement, j’ai passé un très bon séjour.
Je n’ai pas trop aimé la première chambre avec l’écran géant, car ce n’était pas vraiment ce queJ aurai voulu lors de ma réservation sur Booking.
Il est aussi dommage qu’il soit impossible de se connecter facilement pour utiliser Chromecast. Cela ne fonctionnait pas. De plus, les contenus disponibles étaient en chinois, sans possibilité de sous-titres en anglais. Pour un hôtel qui met en avant la domotique, la robotique et l’IA, ce serait un vrai point d’amélioration. Le wifine fonctionne pas ou peu , toujours le meme pb dans les hotels en chine avec des appareils non chinois
Le principal point négatif concerne la machine à café au petit déjeuner. Il n’y en a qu’une seule, alors qu’il en faudrait clairement deux. Elle est souvent en panne ou indisponible, il faut parfois demander qu’on remette de l’eau, et lorsqu’il y a du monde, l’attente devient longue. C’est vraiment le point à améliorer en priorité.
Enfin, je n’ai pas aimé l’absence de réglage manuel de la température dans la chambre. Tout semble automatique, mais j’ai trouvé qu’il faisait un peu trop chaud.
Si tu veux, je peux te faire maintenant une version plus courte et plus élégante, prête à coller directement dans un formulaire en ligne.
Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect.. Only 5mins walking distance to Dong Men Pedestrian Street. Would definitely recommend.
La habitación era cómoda y estaba muy limpia. Nos dejaron entrar antes de la hora del check in y nos regalaron dos cafés de especialidad que estaban riquísimos. Desayuno abundante pero de calidad mejorable. Al menos intentan dar opciones occidentales, cosa que no sucede en muchos hoteles de China.
