Comunicarea foarte eficienta . Baietii au tinut permanent legatura cu noi pe whatssapp . Ne au dat toate informatiile necesare . Ne au facut rezervare la balon. Ne au asteptat pana seara seara tarziu ptr check in. Atenti cu turistii. Micul dejun foarte bun. Localizarea, aproape de punctul de view. Cazare racoroasa , datorita localizarii in stanca. Nu era nevoie de aer conditionat. Parcare in fata hotelului, desi strada se aglomera seara datorita apropierii de punctul panoramic.

Pros:

Praticamente tutto, posizione eccezionale, centralissimo, vista stupenda soprattutto all’alba, dalla terrazza si potevano vedere le mongolfiere. Il receptionist Ahmet è stato super disponibile, ci ha prenotato escursioni e volo mongolfiera da un giorno all’altro e a prezzi giusti. Lo chef è super simpatico, sempre pronto ad offrirci qualcosa da bere e a scambiare quattro chiacchiere. La colazione è super. Insomma ho trascorso giorni nella pace assoluta, sentendomi libera come se stessi a casa mia.

Cons:

E’ una cava quindi l’umidità nella stanza si avverte ma la vista è impagabile e compensa il resto.

Great location, wonderful experience. Needs a little maintenance, but still great value for money.
Pros:

Great value for a true cave room. Perfect location with a beautiful view for the balloons. The breakfast was really great! The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful experience!

Cons:

My shower head was broken, so I had to hold it in my hand to use it. The bathroom floor was completely wet when I arrived & it remained that way the entire time that I was there.

Pros:

直前で価格が安くなっていたので選びました。結果、価格以上のクオリティでした。テラスから気球を見ることができて大満足でした！オーナー家族はとても優しく親切でした。また、チェックアウト後も夜行バスの時間まで共用ゾーンを使用させてくれ、コーヒーや紅茶も自由に飲むことができました。

Cons:

バスルームからの下水の匂いが少し気になりましたが、洞窟ホテルの構造上仕方ないかなと思います。

整个房间风格特别棒，化妆镜勘当魔镜，你就是小仙女；顶层房间就着晚餐欣赏落日；早餐的煎鸡蛋特别好吃；店里的卷发Bro特别nice，帮助我们特别多

Hotel in posizione fantastica, servizio da migliorare
Pros:

Posizione fantastica che la sera permette di godere di un panorama mozzafiato. Il ragazzo che gestisce la struttura è molto gentile, ci ha aiutato per farci fare il tour in mongolfiera e si è solo dimenticato una cosa assolutamente trascurabile. Colazione ottima.

Cons:

Molta umidità nel bagno. Non ci hanno mai cambiato gli asciugamani e rifatto il letto in tre giorni di permanenza. La zona comune con tappeti e cuscini era un po’ troppo piena di polvere. Per il prezzo pagato si può offrire un servizio migliore.
