Pros:

Fantastic hotel carved in the rock. We got the top bedroom which was fantastic with two double beds. The staff helped us to climb the stairs with our luggage.

Cons:

The shower was too low to proper shower. The bathroom had patches of mould. The jacuzzi in the room had a problem with the drain and it caused some flooding in the bathroom.

Начну с того что мы приехали раньше времени, так как наш номер был свободен сразу быстро заселили, отдельная благодарность! За свои деньги отель очень достойный! Персонал уважительный, завтрак хороший ничего лишнего.
Мы оставалсиь в 19 номере, все было чисто уютно и тепло, хотя на улице минусовая температура.
У отеля очень домашняя атмосфера.
Вид -если вы хотите увидеть шары, то дааа вы тут увидетите с одного из прекрасных ракурсов даже не нужно идти на смотровые

Pros:

동굴 호텔이라는 점과 위치가 좋았음
물과 차가 무한 제공 되었음
조식이 맛있는 편이었다

Cons:

직원이 좀 이상하다
전문성이 부족하고 투어 같은 것을 많이 남겨 먹는다
숙소에 고장난 것이 너무 많았다 샤워 오전에도 고정이 안 되고 옷걸이 스탠드 등등
방을 바꿔 달라니까 안 된다고 하였다
동굴 숙소는 일박이면 충분 한 듯

Pros:

Отель понравился, хотя у меня в номере не было окна, но я сама на это пошла, так как выбрала пещерный отель. Правда за эти дни ни разу не убирали мой номер, это минус.
А в основном все понравилось.

Good Staff. Good value for money.
Pros:

Good location having very good view over the valley and the balloons. One could just sit on the terrace and enjoy the view whole morning. Staff, particularly Ahmad, were very cooperative and responsive. I'd give Ahmad 12 out 10, if that was possible.

Cons:

Bathroom was too old; shower didn't work well; sink and commode were too old and had permanent streaks. Breakfast menu was repetitive. There's no wardrobe and only two hangers were provided. Dressing table mirror was too small and low.
