У Отеля не было мест парковочных свободных, на двух местах поперек стояла одна машина (видимо отельная ) я попросил её перепарковать - на что мне сказала девушка с рецепции «это машина моей начальницы что я могу сделать »
На фото видно что машина припаркована на двух местах. Я останавливался много раз в этом отеле по бизнесу, у меня партнеры в этом городе - но на столько не пытаться хоть как то помочь своим гостям - это перебор. Больше не приедем!
Важно ! - это центр города - альтернативы парковки нет и машины эвакуируют быстро.
Так же - постоянно в этом отеле ок были проблемы с чистотой - ОЧЕНЬ ПЫЛЬНО И ГРЯЗНЫЙ ПОЛ!

Автомобилния и ж.п трафик! Чува се!
Малкия паркинг!!! Аз успях да паркирам ,но незнам за този голям хотел колко са успели!

Хотелът като цяло не беше лош – чисто е и престоят ни бе приятен. Локацията е много добра, особено ако сте за уикенд и искате да разгледате най-доброто от Велико Търново.

Cons:

За съжаление имаше няколко неща, които повлияха негативно на общото ни впечатление. Хотелът е с централно отопление, настроено на 19°C (в средата на март), и в стаята ни беше доста студено през целия престой. При оплакване от наша страна ни обясниха, че няма какво да се направи.

Спа центърът е с малък капацитет – около 4–5 човека. В един от дните около 10:00 ч. нямаше налични кърпи за спа зоната. Също така температурата на водата в джакузито и температурите в спа зоната като цяло бяха сравнително ниски, което според мен не е адекватно за спа хотел.

Очень довольны остались.
Pros:

Отличный отель с видом на замок, вид потрясающий. В пятницу с отеля можно наблюдать световое шоу в 20.00.
В номере тепло и чисто. Есть бассейн и сауна и хаммам. Персонал приветливый. Парковка для машины, что очень важно в центре.
