Locația excelenta, spa-ul perfect, sala de fitness este exact ce trebuie iar view-ul este perfect.

Cons:

Ca nu este promovat restaurantul, Este excelenta mâncarea, personalul de la restaurant este excepțional. Am aflat ca se mananca acolo in ultima seara dupa ce 2 zile am umblat sa nanxam ceva de calitate. Mai multa promovare.

Добър хотел (ако не смятате да ползвате спа центъра)
Pros:

Добро разположение в централната част.
Навсякъде беше чисто.
Стаята, в която ни настаниха беше достатъчно голяма и добре отоплена.
Хубава гледка от стаята и ресторанта.
Леглата са удобни.
Закуската беше вкусна, вечерята също ни хареса.

Cons:

В спа зоната беше студено(по-студено от стаята ни и коридорите).
Водата в басейна и джакузито също ни беше студена.
В банята нямаше нито една закачалка, на която да си сложиш кърпата за лице или халата.
Вечерта имаше някакво организирано събитие в ресторанта и музиката им беше толкова силна, че дори с надвикване не се чувахме.
Давам една идея по-висока оценка, защото въпреки минусите, си прекарахме добре. Но, да бъда честна, не бих препоръчала хотела на приятел.

Момичетата на рецепция и спа рецепция са изключително любезни и търпеливи.Хотелът блести от чистота!
Особено добро впечатление ми направиха момчетата, които отговарят за паркинга, макар тяхната работа да остава леко незабелязана, всъщност са в огромна помощ, особено във Велико Търново.

Много добър престой в реновирана стая
Pros:

Реновирана, просторна и много удобна единична стая, много добра чистота и отлично разположение.

Cons:

Закуската е семпла и не е особено разнообразна. Завесите в стаята не покриват добре прозорците, което ме притеснява, тъй като имам чувствителни очи и светлината ми пречи, особено в неделен ден, когато мога да си позволя да спя до по-късно.
