Bel hôtel
Pros:

L'hôtel est situé à environ trois cents mètres en retrait du boulevard Benito Juarez où se trouvent les restaurants et autres magasins, de ce fait l'endroit est calme. Le personnel est top, le gérant parle un peu le français. Excepté la météo un peu trop chaude, nous y avons passé un agréable séjour.

Heaven!
Pros:

Everything! This hotel is superb! You will love it if you like smaller family run places that are not corporate. Everyone is very friendly - with a big shout out in particular to Luis and Yair who were so welcoming and helpful. The gardens are gorgeous and the beds very comfortable. And the location is perfect for lovely restaurants and quiet beaches. I wanted to move in!

Great place to stay
Pros:

Beautiful garden with pool, perfect for relaxing. Great location, close to the beach for swimming and learning to surf and to restaurants. Beautiful, good sized and clean rooms and very friendly staff.

Cons:

Our room was a little bit dark due to small windows but it was nice anyway.

la estetica es discutible pero agradable. La piscina está bien. Cerca de la playa y de numerosos pequeños restaurantes y negocios.

Cons:

El calor de la habitación ( en febrero, invierno teorico ) que tenia un aire acondicionado ruidoso y nada eficaz. Calor y ruido son incompatibles con un buen descanso.

Pros:

An oasis of calm. We really enjoyed the little courtyards around the property, the fantastic swimming pool which is bigger than it looks in the photos, and the bar. Well located in a great part of town which means we walked everywhere.

Beautiful welcome to Mexico
Pros:

The hotel coordinated a driver from the airport. As soon as we arrived, we felt really well accommodated. Luis and the staff were very helpful and provided a beautiful room. My wife and I found it really close to restaurants and a relaxing and safe neighborhood. The cleaning staff were really friendly and did a great job. We will plan to return when we come back.

Cons:

There were no issues with our stay. If you have mobility issues staying on the lower level would be easier. Since we are a young couple there were no problem with stairs.

Really nice place to stay
Pros:

The place is excellent. Not only clean but beautifully decorated. The room is really comfortable.

The best us the attention of the owners they really make sure you are comfortable and take care of you at all moment

Excellent host. Beautiful property. Location is perfect. We will be back. Maybe not in room 9 next time!
Pros:

Location was perfect. Central and close to swimming beaches. Short cab rides to everything else. Walking distance to most things we needed!

Cons:

Room 9 was nice and quiet. Top floor with a great balcony. Had some water come in on the bed from rain seeping through the roof. Only rained one night. Cockroaches exist! I put the toaster in the freezer so they kind of took care of some of that. But it’s tropical, gotta expect bugs. Doors and windows don’t seal completely so whatever creeps in…

Great staff, pool, grounds, location. 5 minute walk to many restaurants and beaches relatively nearby. Good hot water too. They are expanding with another 20 units next door in the same style so some noise but it did not really bother us.

Pros:

Fabulous hotel with beautiful foliage and a lovely pool. My room was spacious and the bed was very comfy. Staff was friendly and professional. Close to restaurants and the beach. I would definitely stay there again.
