A great little hotel in the countryside

La casa es preciosa, con una decoración muy bonita. El desayuno fue excelente. Una gran variedad de productos frescos, todo delicioso.

I really don't understand all the glowing reviews for this place.
​Some people mention 'wonderful owners,' but they forgot to add that nobody here speaks a word of English. Also, for some unknown reason – and I'm not even sure if this is legal – they take photos of your ID.
​The room looked like it hadn't been renovated in ages, and there was no air conditioning (seriously? In Spain?). I only booked this hotel because I had no other choice, and I definitely don't plan on coming back.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

The hotel was perfect! Loved everything about it, including the chickens, birds, and the dog. The breakfast had plenty to choose from. We used it as an overnight stop before our ferry from Bilbao. The town was a bit hit and miss - couldn't find anywhere to eat - but we bought food in the supermarket and we ate on their terrace which was beautiful!

Genial calidad-precio a 20 min de Bilbao
Pros:

El personal es súper atento y agradable, nos hicieron un favor y estuvieron pendientes, cosa que agradezco mogollón.
Si te gusta lo rural, este sitio es ideal: desayuno casero, parking correcto para los huéspedes que hay, en un monte pequeño pero lleno de verde, habitaciones con todo lo necesario…

Cons:

Sonaba mucho el suelo de madera, lo normal

Bien mais compliqué...
Pros:

Le cadre, les chambres, le caractère coquet des lieux et le petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

L'accueil très froid et des formalités de check-in interminables (45 minutes entre notre arrivée et la réception des 4 chambres.
Attention, il est extrêmement difficile de dîner dans les environs. Nous avons dû aller à Bilbao (2 x 35 minutes).

Hotel met geweldige gastheer
Pros:

Locatie is geweldig, authentieke bouwstijl. Vriendelijke eigenaar, die bijzonder gastvrij is. Fantastisch ontbijt, lokale producten, alles wat je maar wilt.
Mooie tuinen, vijver. Mooi uitzicht op de bergen. We hebben hier 4 nachten verbleven, als uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes in de omgeving.

Cons:

Lakens en dekens op de bedden, geen dekbed. Niet zo prettig. Beetje gehorig.

ESTANCIA DIVERTIDA, AGRADABLE Y CON UNAS VISTAS ESPECTACULARES.
Pros:

Unas vistas espectaculares y con un servicio 10. Todo limpio y el desayuno impecable y muy variado, teniendo a Jose el dueño muy pendiente en todo momento. Confianza absoluta, pensé que me había dejado algo que finalmente encontré y rápidamente me ayudaron y me prestaron toda su confianza. Totalmente recomendable.
