Pros:

Os funcionários

Cons:

A limpeza do quarto, e das áreas comuns.
A base do duche não estava em condições porque a água não escoava e espalhou a água pela casa de banho.
A base da cama estava toda a se desfazer.

Tratem do Hotel pois ele (edificio) merece e nós, hóspedes, agradecemos.
Pros:

O edificio e as instalação são muito boas!

Cons:

1 - Pouca luz no quarto - 2 - Ar condicionado desregulado (esteve a trabalhar no HEAT 30º para não termos frio), 3- todo o Hotel está um bocado mal tratado e não concervado, não reparado. Aquelas instalções não merecem isso!

Muito agradável
Pros:

Pequeno almoço muito bom e localizaçao muito boa , os empregados super simpáticos a comida boa no restaurante e super prestáveis . Adorei estar junto da Natureza e ver as simpáticas ovelhas

Cons:

A parte do Spa , estava com ar pouco cuidado e as casas de banho pelo menos a dos Homens estava uma desgraça e entupida . De resto estava tudo bom

Great stopover
Pros:

Exceptional service from the staff, fabulous hotel even though it needs a little TLC.
Good sized rooms and ensuite, spa available to guests. A great place to stop and look around all this area has to offer.
Breakfast was good and offered hot and cold options, scrambled eggs were delicious .
Would definitely stay here again

Cons:

We had an evening.meal on one of our nights. The food was good, however it was a struggle to have it served hot. We sent our soup back 3 times before it was warm enough to eat.
Yoghurt at breakfast needs to be of a better quality , more choice of breakfast fruits would also have been nice.

Not a lot

Cons:

No restuarant in walking distance which we knew because we intended to eat in the hotel but when we got there they had a function on so no food for us we had to get in the car and drive to a restuarant. If they had messaged us we would have eaten before we arrived.
Another thing was the glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom, it had a blind but wasn't widee enough, not good.

Pequeno almoço bom , funcionarios simpaticos

Cons:

Hotel 4 estrelas já foi 10 anos atrás, silicones na casa de banho tudo com fungos , verdetes , cama pele sintetica tudo a saltar , sem Internet . Muito a precisar de renovacao

Apenas um local para dormir...

O pequeno almoço não era mau

Cons:

A antipatia dos funcionários
A sujidade em todos os espaços comuns.
Do spa a única coisa que funcionava foi o jacuzzi, de resto a piscina interior tinha água fria, a sauna com uma temperatura de 37°, o banho turco em manutenção.
Pode ter tido muitos prêmios há uns anos, mas claramente não conseguiu manter os padrões anteriores.

Overtjener meget høflig gav os et bord i restaurant efter vi havde beklaget os - der var kun få borde betjent mange ledige. Mad og vin var god. Blev sendt i byen først receptionist anbefalede meget snusket sted ingen alternativer i den lille flække Apalhao

Det er slidt og misligholdt beskidte gulvtæpper og skimmelsvamp og boblende maling. Receptionist totalt uhøflig. Restaurant alt for dårligt staged

Pros:

Comida óptima.. funcionários simpáticos e prestáveis. Ambiente óptimo. Quem quer descontrair do stress diário é um óptimo lugar para se ficar. Voltaremos de certeza.

Cons:

Algumas melhorias em termos de aproveitar melhor o espaço que têm e cuidar um pouco mais do espaço verde que tem na zona do spa. Abrir as portas para termos acesso direto do spa para a piscina exterior.
No pequeno almoço ter um lugar para os frescos.
