Pros:

The location is great and the hotel is absolutely charming, all of the staff go above and beyond to not only make you feel welcome but help coordinate taxis, events, excursions, food tips, etc. Will be coming back and gladly recommend this to anyone visiting Palma wanting to stay close enough to the action without the bustle and noise.

It was excellent !
Pros:

Only one advice : if you happen to go to Palma, go to this hotel. The staff is adorable, the hotel is charming, quiet, the rooms are nice, the patio with a swimming pool a very nice place to enjoy, and the price reasonable. I have only one regret : not to have discovered it earlier.

Great hotel!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is beautiful, well located near palma (I would maybe recommend staying closer if you want to visit and do a lot of things in Palma) but we were here for a wedding so it was ok for us. The breakfast is nice, staff is super friendly.

Cons:

Nothing really, just a little point on the room on the ground floor (room 3, it’s the standard room with terrace), which is actually located in the reception/breakfast area so I wouldn’t recommend if you’re a very light sleeper but they did a great job with soundproofing so you can barely hear anything.

Incredible service, perfect location, the ideal place for a couple's break
Pros:

Loved this place. The location is top tier and the service is some of the best I've ever experienced. They went above and beyond and even made a fuss for my birthday. The design is chic, the rooms are lovely and I would 100% come back!

Pros:

Matthias and his team were amazing during our stay. The communication was great and they made sure to we had everything we needed - from booking taxis, food recommendations and just general recommendations. Very friendly and just genuinely lovely bunch of guys.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Beautiful interior and very comfortable stay. We loved our room, it had all the features for an enjoyable stay. The breakfast in the morning is very nice in great ambiance. There are some nice tapas bars and restaurants in proximity, the central area can be easily reached with a convenient bus or ~40min walk.
The staff is very friendly and helpful; super responsive as well. I’d definitely recommend this place for a stay in Mallorca!
