Gorgeous Hotel in fabulous location
Pros:

We stayed at Triana House for three nights in March 2026, and from the first interaction after booking through to check-out, the service was truly five-star. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly, assisting with restaurant reservations and transport throughout our stay.

The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous — a real riot of colour and design, full of personality and charm. If you’re used to beige, mid-range hotels operated by international chains, this is the complete opposite — and all the better for it.

Triana is a fabulous area located on the opposite side of the river to the shopping district and palace / cathedral, but only about a 15-20 mins walk. The Hotel itself is located on a quiet street but within a 5 minutes walk or so there are lots of bars and restaurants and a lively atmosphere.

A really special place to stay in Seville, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Lovely place, good for the cost, and in the best location , just bring some ear plugs .

Great place , lovely staff and really good location.

Cons:

It was a little noisy as it was a on the ground floor to a road, also we could hear other guests entering and leaving their rooms , hard floor corridor.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Triana House est idéalement située pour visiter Séville à pied, proche du centre, mais à la fois à l'abri du bruit. Commerces et restaurants sont à proximité. Les chambres sont confortables ainsi que la literie, seul petit bémol, l'isolation entre les chambres n'est pas terrible.
Le petit déjeuner est succulent et copieux et le personnel accueillant et à votre écoute. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Love the decor and trimmings, very comfortable and luxurious.

Cons:

All good, just i had a ground floor room on a Friday night, which is always a little noisy in such a vibrant city. But the street is a relatively quiet one.

Pros:

Schönes ruhiges Zimmer im Triana Viertel. Nette Recepcion.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind ringhörig vorallem die schwere Eingangstüre hört man Nachts bis in das Zimmer. Schade.

Great location on a quiet back street, 5 minute walk to car park.
Staff real welcoming and helpful. Spotlessly clean.
